L'information sur votre site de la possibilité de prendre une navette de l'aéroport à l'hôtel. Si je l'avais su, j'aurais pris un bus de Bilbao centre jusqu'à l'aéroport, puis la navette aéroport - hôtel (nettement moins cher et pas beaucoup plus long).
Room clean, bed comfortable, bathroom clean
They were late bringing out croissants and rolls for early breakfast so only had ham and cheese available plus bread for toast.

The distance from the airport. It was the reason we chose the Hotel.
We were a family of four with two children, but instead of being given a proper family room, we were essentially given a double room with a sofa bed opened up to accommodate four people. The room was extremely small — there was barely enough space to move around, and we couldn’t even open our suitcases properly.
In addition, there were only towels for three people, even though the room was booked for four.
There were also some strange details that made the stay even less comfortable. The hairdryer was located outside the bathroom, first time seen that. Even more inconveniently, the toilet flush button was positioned behind the toilet lid, meaning we had to close the lid every time just to be able to flush.
Thankfully, we only stayed for one night. For a family of four, the room was simply far too small and uncomfortable.

Aricon didnt work. It was horrendously hot and stuffy. Completely unable to sleep.
hotel op zich is prima als je snel bij de luchthaven wil zijn. We werden opgepikt nadat we de huurwagen inleverden en 's morgens stond opnieuw het transferbusje voor ons klaar. Ontbijt prima, je kan ook 's avonds een kleine snack eten. Geen luxe, wel ok. Kamer is relatief klein voor 4 pers, maar voor 1 nachtje volstaat het wel.
Inchecken ging niet erg vlot.

The sink in the bathroom kept a loud burping noise half an hour after using it.
