Pros:

Great hotel close to airport for a late night flight in.
Excellent staff. Really good buffet breakfast. Free Shuttle to and from airport.

Мы с семьей часто путешествуем и заселяемся в различные отели и апартаменты,но такое отвратительное отношение встречаем впервые.
Во первых заселяют очень медленно и стоит долго очередь,когда мы подошли к стойке регистрации оказалось,что в наше бронирование через месяц,да это наша вина,мы попросили девушку изменить даты,но она говорит,что не может этого сделать,так как это платформа букинга,тогда мы сделали запрос об изменении дат на букинге,и сказали ей об этом, но девушка говорила несколько раз,что звоните и решайте с букингом,они к нему отношения не имеют и никак изменять ничего не могут. Но как же так,ведь букинг отправляет им запрос и в приложении явно написано,ждем ответ от объекта размещения.
Тогда мы решили снять новые номера ,так как были очень уставшие с больной пожилой мамой,жара 45 градусов и искать что-то другое не было сил, но нам сказали что свободен только один номер, дав понять,что они не хотят нас заселять,к слову мы не разговаривали на испанском,и английском, и общались через переводчик. Девушка вела себя высокомерно, усмехалась, было крайне неприятно общаться. Когда я зашла на букинг и увидела,что есть свободные номера, сказала об этом сотруднице,но она уверяла,что на этапе оплаты мне напишет, что все распродано, но этого не случилось и мы забронировали два номера и им ничего не оставалось как заселить нас,правда они еще потребовали кредитную карту если вдруг мы будем курить в номере или что-то сломаем, ужасно просто и унизительно.
После этого я на букинге запросила отмену ошибочного бронирования, показала это сотрудникам,но они сказали,что это не они решают,а руководство и что это было невозвратное бронирование и мы об этом знали.
