Very nice stay and I will be back
Pros:

Lovely staff,the location is great- close to subway station and airport train,shopping centres,night clubs,different types of restaurants.The room is spacious,very comfortable.Definitely recommend it

Нам переселили в номер куда мы хотели, там хорошо

Cons:

В первую ночь было жутко. Они нас поселили в какой то номер побольше сзади основного здания, с плесенью, пыльным кондиционером и видом на многоэтажную парковку. У нас травма. Я глаз не сомкнула в первую ночь.

Overall is good, but still have space to improve.
Pros:

Room space more than enough, air conditioner very strong, TV function well, can watch Netflix and YouTube, High speed Wifi, washing machines is easy to use and efficient.

Cons:

Kettle is dirty, hot water for shower is not stable, Jacuzzi is not functioning. The level of bed frame a bit higher.

Smelly, dirty suite avoid at all cost

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We booked an Executive Suite as they seemed the top of the range of the rooms being offered. On arriving location was great and reception area was nice. Warm welcome and speedy check in. We were given keys and advised our suite was in the block to the rear of the block reception was located in. On heading across to the other block alarm bells started to ring.
The place looked run down with a unit with dirty curtains and a sign saying for rent. We went through the first door and the smell of damp hit us. The floor was dirty and the walls were stained and chipped. We arrived at our room on the 6th floor, the smell was the same, damp and the room was huge but the standard was well below what anyone would expect. The carpets were dirty and stained, the easy chairs looked like a health hazard with all sorts of stains and marks. It was absolutely disgusting.
We raised the issue with staff and the Assistant Manager told us we would have been better booking a room in the main building as they are better, how would you know that? We were advised that if we book again we would get an upgrade, we would never return.
I could go on about the standards but a picture paints a thousand words, make up your own mind.

Pros:

Abit of a walk to the main road, of Sukhumvit.But therea free shuttle to Terminal 21.
