Very good hotel, well located, excellent breakfast, fabulous bed.
Pros:

The location was superb, not too close to the center, yet not too far. The breakfast was excellent, full of choices in the buffet, excellent coffee, and even some other options like pancakes, omelettes, sandwiches made to order. The room was very comfortable and the bed incredible. The staff was always diligen.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.

On a adoré l'accueil, la chambre magnifique, l'emplacement très pratique et très calme, le petit déjeuner.... Bref tout était parfait !

Pros:

Personalen är fantastisk. Varm och välkomnande och erbjöd en välkomstdrink så fort man kom dit. Perfekt läge på Lill-sidan i Prag med bara ett par hundra meter till spårvagn. Supergod frukost med många valmöjligheter. Extra plus för prosecco till frukosten. Rena rum med bekväma sängar och bra AC. Man saknar inget.

Three Storks but Five Stars
Pros:

Personalised approach by all staff, particularly Giuseppe- perhaps partly because of experience+broader language skills.
Great location
Excellent breakfast, with healthy options.
Large room, with views

Cons:

No room business desk per se, although small table was adequate.

Bed: large but perhaps square. I am 192 cm and I felt the bed could be a little longer.

Pros:

Location was superb. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Air conditioning was not perfect for a 5 star hotel, but the heat was not normal for the city either. If you get a room on the third floor you will need to carry your luggage up one floor since the lift will not go all the way. So if carrying a lot of luggage ask for a room on the lower floors.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Guiseppe, in particular, made us feel very at home and gave great advice to help us make the most of our stay. Excellent quiet location and great value for money. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much.

Pros:

Tivemos uma estadia muito agradável. O hotel é elegante, moderno e sofisticado, com uma decoração cuidada e plenamente adequada a um estabelecimento de cinco estrelas. O quarto estava muito bem decorado, era confortável e proporcionou-nos um excelente descanso.

O pequeno-almoço era variado e de muito boa qualidade. Toda a equipa foi extremamente simpática, atenciosa e sempre disponível para ajudar, fazendo-nos sentir muito bem acolhidos desde o primeiro momento. Guardamos uma excelente recordação da estadia e recomendamos este hotel com toda a confiança.
