It has a very good location within walking distance of the train station and centro storico. The very friendly Sicilian man who ran reception was a delight to talk to. Very accommodating, helpful, and kind….and funny!

The 4th time we have stayed as very convenient with parking and proximity to the city.
The staff were very helpful in planning our activities and where to eat.
Rooms are large and air conditioned.
Eggs for breakfast would have been nice but otherwise breakfasts weer good.
One exception, were were checking out and were about to leave a tip for staff but the lady with large glasses was quite rude, so we did not leave a staff tip.
The Campo Marzo hotel has a perfect location. Next to the main city gate of the old center, close to the station, they have their own parking area and it’s in the Campo Marzo park. The room we had was big and comfortable. The management is doing their best to improve the hotel. Some parts are renovated and while we were there, the front was being renovated. Only point for improvement is the breakfast. Some more choices would be good. Throw away that machine with the marmelade. It oftewel doesn’t work. And the eggs and bacon were presented at to high temperature, So they were overcooked. But i will certainly return to this hotel when i’m back in the area for business.

Location is amazing!!Thursday market started DIRECTLY out the front door, train station you can see across the street, amazing food everywhere! Breakfast and breakfast service staff was wonderful - remembering your coffee order from day to day! Front staff is SO helpful! From the greeting at the gate, the luggage service, the friendly chats and greetings and going above and beyond by calling and making dinner reservations, then changing for us - and making new ones! Can’t wait to come back!
