Pros:

Staff.were friendly. Breakfast was very good value. Location is quite good, close to a train station, not far from the picturesque 23 tram, and also a bus stop right outside. The street has plenty of local eating and drinking choices if you don't fancy the tourist district. Bed was comfortsble.

Cons:

Shower leaked water onto the floor of the bathroom. Furniture in the room is looking a bit tired. Room was quite small, but good value. TV was tiny and reception was poor - a clear and cheap upgrade point for the owners.

Nice hotel for a reasonable price
Pros:

The staff is very friendly and professional. The hotel is close to subway and 30 minute walk to downtown. It was a nice stay for reasonable price.

Cons:

The room is very small for 2 people.

Pros:

L’ accueil de l équipe avec une mention spéciale pour Nuno qui a été d excellents conseils , toujours disponible.
Le lieu, chambre au calme et super confortable.
Le métro se trouve à 5 mn à pied , arrêt de bus juste devant l hôtel .

Cons:

Rien , tout était parfait pour nous.

Malgré quelques points à améliorer, j’ai passé un agréable séjour. L’accueil a été sympathique et apprécié, le personnel parlant un peu français. J’ai également pu prendre possession de ma chambre avant l’heure prévue, ce qui a été très appréciable. Après avoir signalé un dysfonctionnement concernant un interrupteur et la télécommande, le problème a été résolu dès le lendemain. Le ménage est bien réalisé et la vue sur la ville depuis le 7ᵉ étage constitue un véritable atout. le plateau bouilloire apprécier.

Cons:

Chambre assez grande, mais un rafraîchissement s’impose. La tapisserie est tachée, sans doute en raison d’anciennes infiltrations, et le mobilier est daté. Il serait également nécessaire de résoudre les problèmes d’odeurs de remontées dans la salle d’eau.
