We ended up booking this place only a couple of days before we arrived in Saigon and it was a great decision. Everything about this place is great - the staff are really welcoming and friendly, the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and the rooftop pool is a great spot to relax. The buffet breakfast was excellent too, there's an fresh egg station alongside a great variety of cooked foods and fruit/tea/coffee.
Nothing at all, our trip was 10/10.
God beliggenhet, sentralt gåavstand til alle plasser. Ligger i nærhet av cho Ben Thanh , mange spiseplasser og shopping i nærhet .
Veldig hyggelig personell , spesielt pikkolo . Alle var veldig hjelpsomme, hyggelig og høflig .
Basseng kan ikke svømme ,var så lite og ikke dypt , vannet rekker til mage.
Lite utvalg av drikkevarer på bassengbar.
Frokostbuffet var veldig lite utvalg og kjedelig .
Hotellsengen var veldig harde , ser ut det er slik på alle hotell jeg har vært på i Vietnam .

Grandes chambres confortables, personnel serviable et efficace, les lits sont fait tout les jours et les serviettes changées. Petit déjeuner agréable avec horaires favorables. Hotel très bien placé avec un accés à énormément d’offres : touristiques (musées, patrimoine du Vietnam, visite en bus, etc.), culinaires (retaurants, street food) , commerciales (marchés, marts, centres commerciaux, boutiques de couturiers) etc. Une jolie vue en rooftop avec une petite piscine avec vue sur Ho Chi Minh.
Un 7 eleven qui a fraichement ouvert en face de l’hotel en cas de courses urgentes ou pratiques. Sinon un deuxième qui s'y trouve à 2 minutes à pieds.
La douche n’était pas très bien installée. Même en faisant attention l’eau s’est mise à couler sur tout le sol de la salle de bain, et il faut donc faire attention a ne pas glisser.
Quelques difficultés concernant le fonctionnement de la télévision et du Wi-Fi.
Le téléphone était aussi en panne, ce qui nous a valu un soucis de dernière minute quelque peu coûteux.
En effet, bien que nous ayons quitté la chambre avec les bagages prêts à l’avance et mangé dans le restaurant de l’hotel avant de partir avant de faire le check out. Un employé de l’accueil vient nous voir lors du repas en nous disans avoir appelé au téléphone plusieurs fois pour le check out. Un temps supplémentaire a été pris en compte dans la note totale que nous avions a payé, soit 30% (environ 20€ de taxe de "retard") alors que nous étions prêt à l’heure et même en avance !

Rooms are outdated, the repairs have been done unprofessional, the AC is not strong enough and shower temperature makes no sense.

The bathroom fixture was leaking & TV was not functioning properly🫤
A disappointing small and dark room. It’s all tired and needs a revamp. The room was dark even with a window and not enough lighting, same for the bathroom lighting. The room was big enough for one of us to get in the middle between 2 beds or round one side and open the wardrobe, the pictures we saw made the room look bigger than it was. Same with the rooftop pool, small in reality. The shower is a climb into half size bathtub that’s higher than normal to get in and out, the floor gets wet due to position and size of the shower screen. No ventilation or extractor fan on the bathroom. Towels were tatty and frayed and more like a large hand towel size wise. Bedding- top duvet cover not changed in 5 days and bottom sheet changed day 3- bottom sheets didn’t fit the bed so mattress exposed….beds were comfortable thankfully. Had to ask to have shower gel topped up even having left the top off in the hope they noticed but no. 2 very small bottles of water allowed per day, no milk for tea or coffee. Towelling slippers left to wear had previously been worn- obviously worn so no mistaking that! The staff were polite, breakfast was ok. Great location but this hotel is most definitely NOT 4* . The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Kenny on the door who speaks great English and always chatted to you when you left or returned to the hotel. We asked the staff if there was anything they could do to make our arrival special as we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary- not acknowledged in any way! Would we stay here again…..No …..would I recommend this hotel…….No.
