Great location, but let down by the building site on the roof and the assocated dirt, mess and noise
Pros:

Room was confortable, air conditioning was good and hotel was in a great location. Breakfast was good too offering some western items and planty of eastern food which was definately better.

Cons:

Roof where the pool/bar was located was a building site, and was dirty and a mess as a result. No matresses on the loungers beside the pool. I also found the matress in the bedroom very firm.

Really good service
Pros:

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The bellman was very friendly and helpful, as were the people at the reception desk. The hotel has a great location. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to fully enjoy the pool and rooftop because of the renovations, but overall, the food and service were excellent.

Location was good.

Cons:

Slippery tiles in shower area. Watch your step. Room not cooled down prior to entry. Lobby hot as hell. Doormen busy talking to themselves or on their phones. Didn't even try the breakfast because it was cooler outside.

Pros:

Very very clean, good location your pretty much in the middle of everything, views were amazing, food was so so and the rooftop bar/pool was exceptional! Great value for money, if you are coming to Ho Chi Minh I definitely recommend this place, 9/10!!

no hot water , i got some the first day after running the water for more than 5 mins, even then was just warm enough. All else was fabulous

Ikke et sted jeg ville komme igen
Pros:

Det lå super godt med der lugtede meget af fugt på værelserne. Og utroligt lydt.
Morgenmaden var okay med de havde meget svært ved at fylde op med juice. Men man skal ikke ta et værelse uden vindue

Smokers on Rooftop every morning!
Breakfast same every morning - should have variety .
They added a small shallow pool to get a 4star rating?

The location was convenient, the staff was nice
Restaurant in hotel is yummy

Cons:

Lift was tiny , my room had a mouldy foul smell and dusty on furniture, bathroom floor constantly gets wet after every use due to splash wall was half a size and tiny bugs would come out from the drain which was disturbing. I booked two rooms and it was in the same state mentioned to staffs and she said because we have no window but that’s no excuse for the foul odour. I had to put up with it for 5 nights

Nice space with huge potential.
Pros:

Very nice hotel, reasonably clean and comfortable with a great atmosphere as soon as you arrive in the lobby, perfect location for markets, shopping and nice places to eat, was a really good location for visiting this city.

Cons:

Cold Showers for the whole stay, warm at most one of the days, Construction or some work going on overnight kept us awake, lifts, some type of alarm and work going well past midnight, this might be unlucky timing, but it impacted our stay.

Not a bad place to stay but needs money spent on maintenance to keep things up to scratch
Pros:

The property was essentially located.

Cons:

I believe the price we paid was too high compared to other hotels.
Our room flooded on the second night and it took so long for them to turn off the water.
We ended up being in three different rooms.
The spa upstairs did not work.
The TV volumes were up and down all over the place. Some channels you could not get allowed enough to listen to.
