Comfortable, quiet hotel just outside Gap. Very good evening dinner. Lovely welcome on arrival from reception staff. Would stay here again. Very good value for money.
Some litter on balcony and lack of loo rolls. Morning cleaners came in to our room before check out time to strip beds, whilst we were still getting dressed and packing! Not a big deal, but they could have waited until we had vacated the room.
The hostess filled up a small bag with ice for me
The picture on the Booking.com ad is not of the accommodation. It is of the restaurant. We were pointed to a brutal concrete building across the road
On entering this building I was assaulted by the smell of cleaning fluid which had been used on the very worn carpet.
The room was very dated and the beds had nylon bedspreads.
The balcony was not swept and the whole place had an air of neglect
Only one bedside lamp worked.
There was a bath with a shower head lying in it.

L'emplacement plutôt rétro pas très propre salle de bain sans douche avec rideaux pas très hygiénique
L'accueil fort aimable, le volume des chambres et la propreté irréprochable, la qualité du restaurant et la générosité du petit déjeuner font de cet hôtel-restaurant qui, de plus, propose un SPA, un établissement recommandable, même si un "rafraîchissement" général peut être souhaité.
La partie hôtel, séparée du restaurant où se situe l'accueil par une centaine de mètres oblige à sortir et à traverser une route relativement dangereuse pour aler prendre le petit-déjeuner.
Le soir, l'éclairage du parking de la partie hôtel fait défaut.

Restaurant food was nice , very peaceful
Location is a bit out of the way , had to walk down the hill and back into gap , couldn't get a taxi , no one there to leave keys , reception said it opened at 7 am , we had to wait till someone arrived after ringing 3 times , we needed to leave early ,they turned up at 920
