La chambre est grande et confortable, sanitaires propres. Un petit balcon agréable.
On sent que l'hôtel est vieillot et mal entretenu. Balcon non balayé, quelques araignées au coin du plafond, l'allée à l'arrière du bâtiment jonchée de branches d'arbres.
I had a very disappointing experience. We stayed at the apartment for one night at the end of June and were required to pay a €350 security deposit. It is now August, and I still have not received my deposit back.
The property keeps telling me that the refund was processed, but no money has appeared in my bank account, and I have not been provided with satisfactory proof of payment. I would appreciate Booking.com investigating this matter and helping me recover my €350 deposit as soon as possible.

The Hotel Pavillon Carina in Gap, France was closed for business at the time/date of our pre-booking 18/07 - 19/07. Therefore, we was not informed until our arrival!
