Pros:

Good amenities close to the centre. Breakfast buffet was extensive and tasty. Rooms were modern spacious and clean. Lift was operational. Staff members were attentive.

Cons:

Could have also had a water fountain in the main building as had to cross the road for this but not an issue.

Siamo arrivati la mattina presto per lasciare i bagagli e abbiamo chiesto a che ora fosse possibile effettuare il check-in. Ci è stato risposto che le camere sarebbero state disponibili dalle 14:00 in poi.

Siamo quindi tornati intorno alle 14:00, ma la receptionist ci ha comunicato che la nostra camera non era ancora pronta. Abbiamo chiesto quanto tempo avremmo dovuto aspettare, ma non ci è stata fornita alcuna risposta. Inoltre, non si è scusata per il ritardo né ci ha proposto alcuna soluzione alternativa.

Credo che questo sia un aspetto da migliorare: chi lavora a contatto con il pubblico dovrebbe avere un minimo di attenzione e cura nei confronti dei clienti. È assurdo che, pur sapendo che saremmo arrivati alle 14:00, la camera non fosse ancora pronta. Questo, a mio avviso, riflette il modo in cui l'hotel viene gestito.

La colazione è inclusa e il personale è accogliente

Cons:

Non c'è parcheggio, in strada è solo a pagamento e i posti sono pochi. Sconsiglio il soggiorno con auto.
Stanze poco insonorizzate, c'è parecchio rumore anche di notte che rende difficile il sonno.
