Super clean and comfortable!
And night staff was super friendly and helpful

Cons:

Morning staff was a bit rude. Even though the checkout is at 11am, the cleaning staff woke us up at 10am.
There’s no towels included and the parking is paid.

Cons:

Wir waren das zweite Mal im Ebertor. Diesmal waren wir leider im Nebengebäude untergebracht. Die Zimmer waren schön, jedoch sehr hellhörig da der Parkplatz und die Bahnschienen vor den Zimmern sind.

Chambre comme on aimerait en voir plus souvent

Chambre et salle de bain propre.
Très bonne literie
Un ventilateur était à disposition.

Cons:

Dommage qu'en étant client de l'hôtel il faut encore payer le parking.

Pros:

Das Ebertor besticht durch seine wunderbare Lage direkt am Rhein. Nur ein schöner, weitläufiger Biergarten trennt den hinteren Ausgang des Hotels von der Promenade. Hier kann wer möchte auf Liegestühlen am Wasser sitzen und mit einem Drink in der Hand Schiffe gucken.
Bis in die Altstadt und zum Sessellift sind es nur wenige Gehminuten.
Parkplätze sind am Hotel zu einem moderaten Tagespreis vorhanden.
Der Empfang war freundlich, die Zimmergröße für einen Kurzaufenthalt ausreichend. Leider gab es im Bad wenig bis keine Ablagemöglichkeiten und es war sehr hellhörig.
Das Frühstück im lichtdurchfluteten Atrium war umfangreich und überraschend preiswert.
Von uns eine klare Weiterempfehlung.
