NOTE
With the accommodations it is included 1 hour of access to the SPA for each night reserved and an appointment is necessary.
Please note that children from 3 to 18 years can access the spa in the following hours:
Sunday to Thursday: Mornings from 12h to 14h and afternoons from 17 to 18 h.
Friday and Saturday: 12h to 18h uninterrupted. Reservation required and always when accompanied by an adult. Children aged 3 years or younger are not permitted in the spa.

Please note that a swimming cap must be worn in the spa.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 20 kg or less.

Un hotel de lujo con luces y sombras
Pros:

Un hotel muy limpio y cuidado con un personal muy amable y cercano. El desayuno era muy variado con platos calientes que se pedían a la carta y un buffet frio con muchas opciones para elegir. La habitación era muy amplia, estaba muy limpia y el baño era grande. En la habitación había snacks gratuitos incluidos en la reserva.

Cons:

El spa estaba descuidado. Varios de los servicios no funcionaban o funcionaban mal. Ya a nivel personal, el agua de la piscina principal estaba muy fría para tratarse de un spa.

Une bonne étape que je continuerai à fréquenter dans le futur
Pros:

C’est calme. Le personnel est aimable, ils me connaissent. Le parking est superbe puisque je voyage avec une remorque transportant une voiture de collection. Le tout me convient parfaitement.

Cons:

Le restaurant pour dîner est un peu faible pour la catégorie de l’hôtel. Bien que le personnel est très aimable.

Local ótimo para descansar sem sair do hotel
Pros:

Excelente para descansar sem sair do hotel com um restaurante ótimo e um spa em que existe a preocupação de gerir e nunca estar muita gente ao mesmo tempo.

Cons:

A piscina exterior estava fechada e já estava calor.

El hotel es bonito, la zona de piscina está muy bien, también el SPA.

Cons:

La habitación que se vende como triple (3 adultos), realmente es doble con una cama supletoria y encima bastante incómoda, cosa que no me parece propia de un hotel de 5*.
El desayuno no está mal, pero tampoco a nivel de hoteles de ese tipo.
Teniendo todo eso en cuenta, el hotel está overpriced .

Pros:

El alojamiento está muy bien y se come y desayuna también muy bien. Habitaciones muy bien decoradas y confortables. Teníamos spa incluido y lo completamos con un masaje. Me encantó los alrededores y las cigüeñas que tienen sus nidos ahí y cuenta con piscina que nos quedamos con ganas de probar porque no acompañaba el tiempo. En general muy bien.

Cons:

Todo muy bien. Precio elevado pero merece la pena alojarse en este hotel y está muy cerca de Cáceres en coche
