NOTE
With the accommodations it is included 1 hour of access to the SPA for each night reserved and an appointment is necessary.
Please note that children from 3 to 18 years can access the spa in the following hours:
Sunday to Thursday: Mornings from 12h to 14h and afternoons from 17 to 18 h.
Friday and Saturday: 12h to 18h uninterrupted. Reservation required and always when accompanied by an adult. Children aged 3 years or younger are not permitted in the spa.

Please note that a swimming cap must be worn in the spa.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Agradable y bonito hotel con buena localización pero el SPA no es su punto fuerte

La localización es preciosa y el edificio también, el personal es muy amable

Cons:

El spa está bastante “dejado” el baño turco no funcionaba ni tampoco la máquina de hielos. En general las instalaciones de las piscinas del spa se ven anticuadas.

Decepción en un 5 estrellas. Para un 4 estaría bien

El personal súper amable. El masaje muy agradable

Cons:

Con mucha pena he de decir que me ha decepcionado. Reservamos una habitación doble superior, y la verdad no me ha gustado nada. En planta baja, con una solo ventana pequeña en una esquina, muy oscura. La cama no estaba a la altura de la categoría que se supone tiene el hotel, el colchón no era muy bueno. Y el cuarto de baño me ha parecido francamente poco agradable y acogedor.
Hemos ido al spa y varias duchas y chorros no funcionaban.
Adicionalmente ha habido una boda, una comunión y una cena familiar de muchas personas, por lo que el sábado el hotel para “relajarse “ parecía una feria.
Una pena porque íbamos con mucha ilusión pero francamente no lo recomendaría.
