NOTE
With the accommodations it is included 1 hour of access to the SPA for each night reserved and an appointment is necessary.
Please note that children from 3 to 18 years can access the spa in the following hours:
Sunday to Thursday: Mornings from 12h to 14h and afternoons from 17 to 18 h.
Friday and Saturday: 12h to 18h uninterrupted. Reservation required and always when accompanied by an adult. Children aged 3 years or younger are not permitted in the spa.

Please note that a swimming cap must be worn in the spa.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 20 kg or less.

Pros:

El personal es muy atento y amable, siempre con una sonrisa dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda es lo mejor del hotel.

Cons:

Para ser un hotel de cinco estrellas se echó de menos que no hubiera alguien para ayudar con la maleta y/o el coche al llegar.

As always calm, relaxing and a fab stopover.
Pros:

Relaxing calm environment with uncrowded spa.
Restaurant and service good, efficient and friendly.
Easy to get to off motorway and a haven if travelling back through Spain.

Cons:

Having no kettle in room, they provide teas but only a coffee pod machine and espresso cups.

je n'irai plus
Cons:

un lit (tout habillé) de 1m50 dans une chambre de taille confortable " de luxe supérieure" , cela fait mesquin pour un 5 étoiles , même si c'est une norme espagnole
j'attendais minimum 1m60, voire king ...!!

le diner, scandaleux pour un tel établissement:
on commande de l'angus avec de la purée de pommes de terre à la truffe, et on nous apporte sans mollir des patates sautées coupées en quartiers en place de purée, sans nous prévenir qu'il n'y a plus de purée
.... et que dire des tomates "provençales" qui sont en fait des tranches de tomates crues vaguement assaisonnées et sommairement réchauffées au four

Precio de la habitación asequible pero restaurante carísimo
Pros:

Nos gustó la zona de la piscina con las camas balinesas , las tumbonas y el bar. La piscina es muy grande y el agua estaba perfecta de temperatura. Es una zona muy tranquila donde se puede descansar, leer y disfrutar.

Cons:

El restaurante. La cantidad de cada plato es mínima y el precio es extremadamente alto. El precio de la carta en el bar de la piscina es también altísimo.
Respecto a la habitación, los muelles del colchón hacían ruido, requiere ser reemplazado; y el baño se veía antiguo y no muy limpio.
