A lovely stay for a short term - dated but the food was incredible.
Pros:

Beautiful yet a little dated. It was comfortable. The restaurant was among the best I’ve been to for dinner. The food, service, ambience and wine was divine.

Cons:

The chateau was quite dated, the room was far away and meh. But the bed was comfortable and it was air conditioned- thank goodness.

Pros:

Petit déjeuner servi sous forme de buffet . La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique , elle permet de voir la nature et les villages aux alentours.

Un calme absolu dans un magnifique écrin de verdure. Un restaurant gastronomique de belle qualité pour des dîners plaisirs et des petits déjeuners gourmands. Nous avons eu le privilège de séjourner dans la maison du boulanger qui offre un confort paradisiaque.

Cons:

Le côté information touristique est peu développé mais il existe dans un rayon de 30 km des sites médiévaux remarquable avec un coup de cœur pour le Cloître de Cadouin en visite guidée.

Sadly we arrived at 11.00pm and departed at 11.00am the following day. A massive thank you to the owner and his staff for accommodating our last minute booking and arrival, this was greatly appreciated.

La chambre était spacieuse, la literie impeccable
L'environnement est agréable

Cons:

Certaines commodités (wc près de la douche) ne sont pas à la hauteur de la prestation
Le diner dans le bistrot conseillé par l'hôtel dans le village fut horrible.
Cet établisement ressemble à un routier bruyant (anglais bruyants et foot)
Le poisson qui a du mettre 3 semaines a venir de la criée etait gluant et empestait la pourriture. Il fut changé immédiatement.
Trés déçu par rapport à la prestation attendue.
Vraiment dommage.
