Todo genial
Pros:

Me gustó la organización, el aseo y el desayuno, creo que fue muy agradable el espacio del restaurante para tomarlo. El bar del piso 11 tiene una muy bonita vista y los platos que probamos eran muy ricos.

Que el restaurante del piso 11 no abre los domingos y festivos

Quiero volver a disfrutar de la belleza de Pereira y el confort de su hotel Soratama.
Pros:

Desayuno muy bueno, excelente personal y ubicación

Still the best hotel in Pereira I’m sure I’ll return

I’ve stayed at the hotel a few times before and generally the breakfast was of a standard fitting the hotel

Cons:

If anything the breakfast could have had a little more choice. We stayed in the suite as always which has a rain shower in the bathroom unfortunately it should rain faster because you literally had to concentrate to get wet

Muy buena estadía en pareja
Pros:

Un hotel muy central, muy bonito y la habitación que nos tocó espectacular vista hacia la plaza de Bolívar, importante que sea en un piso alto para que el tráfico no moleste, en este caso estábamos en el 6 y nos gustó mucho. El personal amable y empatico, el desayuno estuvo rico buffet y abundante, el jacuzzi también muy bueno 1 hora incluida y también parquedeo incluido a 1 cuadra y media. Volveremos sin duda aprovechando los descuentos que da Genius si nos alcanza para ir. Gracias

Cons:

No nos gustó que fuimos al jacuzzi y volvimos a nuestra habitación ya no pudimos entrar, ya habían bloqueado la puerta cuando ni siquiera habíamos hecho el check out y aún estábamos en horario permitido, menos mal había una aseadora en el piso y llamó a recepción, y sino nos hubiera tocado bajar en paños menores a recepción.
