Significant water in the roof in bathroom. This caused dry cloths to get wet along with our toiletries.

Heel mooi en modern appartementje op klein vakantieparkje. Fijne keuken en heerlijke zithoek met open haard.

Pleasant and comfortable
Pros:

We only stayed one night, but it was very pleasant. The studio is small, and while it has a microwave and a kettle, it lacks a sink so you have to wash things or get water from the bathroom.
It's true that if someone else is staying in the apartment, you can hear quite a bit since they're connected.

But, my friends stayed in the apartment, and honestly, it's very nice and comfortable. It has everything you need for a stay of several days, if you need it. This isn't the case if you rent the studio alone. The upgrade is worth it.

Comfortable for a 1 night stay.
Pros:

Easy to find and check in. Just outside Kaikoura so need a car to get into town. Quiet and spacious. Full kitchen and large bed.

Cons:

Nothing to not like. The fan oven part of the oven was broken. (Or I could not get it to heat up) but managed to use the grill.

Wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, ist die Lage gut und ruhig.

Cons:

Die Zimmer (Studio) sind schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Im Badezimmer hat es Schimmel und die Klima/Heizungsanlage ist direkt auf das Bett ausgerichtet.
