Pros:

The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The shower was good. The view was beautiful.

Cons:

I asked for scrambled eggs in the restaurant and was told they could not do that. There were very few options for someone like me who is vegetarian. The server was not helpful at all in helping me find some alternative options for breakfast. It was not a good experience so we chose not to eat there for the remainder of our stay.

We felt the need to cancel our last night at the hotel because we could not get to the train station early in the morning to get to the airport on time. The hotel was not conveniently located near the train station. I am having trouble getting a refund for the night that we cancelled. The person at the front desk was very pleasant but she said we have to go through Booking.com to get our refund. Booking.com said the refund has to come from the hotel. I am going round and round trying to get the refund and have not been successful. I hope it will be resolved soon.

We had a terrible time trying to get to the hotel on our first night. Friends were dropping us off and we could not get to the hotel for them to drop us off. All the streets were closed off. Finally they parked and walked us several blocks to the hotel with our luggage in the rain.

Leider werde ich das Hotel erstmal nicht wieder buchen.
Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich. Gegessen haben wir nicht .

Cons:

Es ist ziemlich runter gekommen und meines achtens wird es garnicht gepflegt. Und die bieten nur Frühstück auf Zimmer an und das ist nicht schön wenn Mann mit meerdere Personen ist . Und die Zimmer sind richtig runter gekommen. Ich möchte auch ehrlich gestehen der Preis ist okay . Schade !!!

Dat we de auto bij het hotel mochten parkeren. Dat was erg fijn, aangezien ik rug en beenklachten had.

Pros:

De locatie was heel mooi

Cons:

Bij aankomst hoorden we dat de ontbijt service sinds een maand ermee was opgehouden, dus geen ontbijt de volgende ochtend.
Toen we naar bed gingen was er in de keuken volop leven. De radio stond kei hard en ook alle opruim geluiden klonken tot in onze slaapkamer die boven de keuken lag.
Dit duurde tot zo'n 0.30 uur.
Het bed waar we in sliepen was een twijfelaar van 140 breed en dus erg klein.

Genoten van het verblijf en het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam
Pros:

Het uitzicht en je kunt lopend naar de winkels en genoeg restaurants waar je uit kunt kiezen. Ook het meer was fantastisch zeker als je met mooi weer kunt gaan zwemmen!

Cons:

De badkamer was wat klein, maar het was keurig schoon en onderhouden.

Genoten van Harderwijk hotel direct aan het strandje
Pros:

De locatie, goed bed, terras aan het water, schoon, vriendelijke ontvangst

Cons:

Keurig netjes, maar klein en heel sober en maar een klein raam (2e verdieping kamer 3) terwijl je juist zo mooi op het strandje uitkijkt, dat is beetje jammer

Locatie was prima, niet teveel last van de achterliggende cafés. Vriendelijk personeel en fijne kamer
