Cons:

A zona da banheira está cheia de mofo preto, para um hotel deste não é aceitável. O valor não justifica a estadia.

Interesting spa hotel in the mountains between Lisbon and the Douro valley.
Pros:

Interesting hotel in the mountains with spacious, clean rooms, easy parking, great food and a spa. Cool, relaxing vibe made a perfect stopover on the way from Douro valley to Lisbon. Pizza's were extremely good value and tasty., breakfast was also very good.

Will be back for the pools, but not for the hotel itself
Pros:

Pool. Sauna. Hamman. Variety of breakfast. Room size.

Cons:

Overpriced. Very old and rough towels and robes (some even had holes and lots of loose fibers). For the price of the hotel, it was a shame that good coffee was not included in breakfast. You had to pay extra to get a decent coffee, or else you are stuck with machines that don't give out good coffee.

Refeição fraca para jantar (buffet). Pouca variedade para o hotel em questão e caro para o que é servido.

Três dias de fuga bem sucedidos, acho que me habituava a isto :), a voltar, no inverno, com neve.
Pros:

Da decoração geral, da simpatia e atenciosidade dos funcionários, das instalações do Mountain SPA Aquadome , da funcionalidade do quarto, da localização, do parque de estacionamento coberto ( apesar de pago), da paisagem deslumbrante que rodeia o espaço ( com neve deverá ser ainda melhor). Pequeno almoço irrepreensível.

Cons:

Da comida servida no bar ( a pior pizza e salada de frango que comi até hoje), da sobrelotação das piscinas no fim de semana, da relação preço qualidade ( apesar da qualidade estar a nível elevado ), da animação musical apresentada no bar no sábado à noite, Da temperatura ambiente dos espaços comuns ( demasiado alta), falta de sala de jogos para adultos ( bilhar, matraquilhos, ping-pong ( este apenas no espaço juvenil)
