Pros:

Mi experiencia no fue buena. El apartamento es amplio, las camas son buenas.

Cons:

No me gustó para nada la gestión del checking online , fue pésima, perdí tiempo y dinero por proteger algo básico como mi privacidad

Perfecto para familias
Pros:

La cocina estaba completa, tenia de todo.
Eramos 2 adultos y un 1 niño, es la primera vez que nos ponen toallas tb para el niño, asi que Gracias!

It was the worst experience I had in traveling with very negative energy.
Pros:

The only positive thing was the cleanness and the housekeeper who helped me to get a taxi after checking out.

Cons:

I didn't see anyone on check-in and during my whole stay, I felt as i was dealing with ghosts.
The only way of communication was WhatsApp and when I send something the reply comes after long time by someone whom I don't know his position, probably the owner.

The person who communicated with me was always threatening me that if I don't pay the tax immediately then the authorities will kick me out, if I don't continue the chick in procedures immediately then he will change the lock code and prevent me from entering the apartment. Considering that the whole rent was paid in advance.

I asked for new towels and a little washing soup , they didn't give me.

Finally I asked them to store my bag for few hours after checking out because i had a conference to attend, the rejected and after I tried to convince them this was the reply:

" Good evening, you may leave your luggage in the garage under the security camera. However, please note that we cannot take responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to your belongings.

Pros:

Struttura pulitissima, eravamo di passaggio a Verona e abbiamo prenotato all’ultimo minuto, host gentilissimo e disponibile.
Dalla struttura al centro città c’è una comoda camminata di circa 30 minuti.
