Important information:

Please note that the center of Hallstatt is a car-free zone. You need to park your car on the P1 parking outside the town, which can be reached through a tunnel. Additional costs apply (please see Parking Facilities).

A shuttle service is provided for guests who park at and hold a valid ticket for P1 parking lot. It is free of charge and only available on arrival and departure.

Please note that it cannot be guaranteed in which of the 3 historic buildings you will be accommodated, because requests for a specific building are subject to availability. Haus Stocker and Haus Seethaler have no elevator. They are a 3- to 5-minute walk away from the main building, where the breakfast room and other facilities can be found.

Please note that smoking is strictly not allowed in guestrooms. A penalty fee of EUR 60 per incident will be charged.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

酒店很好，前台有待提高。
Pros:

酒店本身不错，但入住时很有欺骗的感觉。我是400多欧定的酒店，理由是年龄大了，不用走太多路。结果柜台小姐给我分配一个毫不相干的平价酒店，距离原酒店还要走十分钟。与预定时的条件相差太远的平价住宿，上下爬楼梯数次！
经过投诉和要求退订，才调到本店的套间。
也许欺负我是老人家、也许瞧不起中国人，她分配住宿时就应该考虑客人条件，让我感觉很不愉快。

服务的原则和宗旨，2、不能为了挣钱就把其它不符合标准的民宿拉到一起，打着好酒店的旗号，推销其它民宿。

船着場から目の前が宿であり、朝ごはんが美味しく、大変満足のいくものでした。
スタッフたちの雰囲気もよく、子どもにとても優しく、たくさん話しかけてくれた。
