Wouldn’t come back , hotel really needs an update

Staff were very nice.

Cons:

Bedroom was awful.
Beds were like concrete, so uncomfortable to the point we actually had to check out the next morning and come home. Bedcover was badly stained.
Bedroom curtails had lots of holes in them and when the sun came up in the morning there were lots and lots of rays coming through, not that we got much sleep with the beds being so uncomfortable anyway.
Restaurant was closed as they had a private event on so we had to have dinner in the bar. Food was nice and again staff were lovely.
No sockets anywhere near the bed except one for their telephone so we had to buy an extension lead to keep their phone plugged in and be able to charge our own phones at the same time. One socket is definitely not suffice ! Had to then unplug everything to use a hair dryer !

En la habitación donde me alojé estaba cerca del ascensor y se escuchaba mucho cada vez que lo usaban en especial se madrugada.

La zona. Muy céntrico para ver la ciudad. El desayuno muy rico y encargada del restaurante muy profesional.

Cons:

Aunque el hotel está bien, afuera de las habitaciones huele a bajante.

Très bon rapport qualité prix et possibilité de profiter du restaurant / cafétéria
Pros:

Très bien situé pour visiter mais difficile de se parquer à proximité. Le parkng de l'hôtel coûte 11 euros par jour !
L'état de la chambre était un peu vétuste car situé dans la partie ancienne.
Nous ne nous en plaignons absolument pas car la vue était magnifique et le personnel nous a changé de chambre pour satisfaire à notre demande de lit double.

Cons:

Matelas beaucoup trop durs. Maux de dos.
Manque de rangements et crochets dans la salle de bain.
