La disponibilité et l'aimabilité du personnel. l'endroit, à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville. le buffet du petit déj. et le bar-restaurant.

Cons:

La façade de l'hôtel est impressionnante, malheureusement la chambre que j'ai eu (je pense que c'est à cause du prix proposé par booking) n'était pas à la hauteur. Heureusement, il y avait la réception où j'ai passé la majorité de mon temps. Par mal chance je suis tombé en plein pic de canicule, chaleur avec humidité c'était difficile à supporter. Le système de climatisation qui utilise l'air conditionné était très bruyant et impossible à supporter pendant la nuit. Je pense qu'il y avait des chambres meilleurs avec balcon sur l'extérieur, mais elle n'étaient pas disponibles.

Me han cobrado más de lo debido por fallo de ellos poniendo que no asistí a la reserva y me an cobrado 60,10 euros y no me lo devuelven cuando asistí y pagué los 120,20 que me correspondía por las 2 noches
