Location OK. Room clean. Breakfast OK.
No AC, no parking, constructions noise all day, power outages, slippery bathroom floor: Staff did not inform us that there is construction at the site. From 7am til night there was construction noise. There was virtually no parking (only a few parking spaces in from of the hotel). Worst of all: Air conditioning was not working. We set it for 21C but it stayed all night at 25C (80F), only making noise but not cooling. Summers are very hot in Romania. I would not recommend anybody to spend the night at 80F, and then all day hear construction noise. Finally, bathroom floor was super slippery. There was a power outage while I was in the shower, and I slipped on the floor in the dark, I barely escaped unharmed. Overall, a very unpleasant experience, despite the fussy air of "classy hotel". It was a really bad deal.
