Adequate but a bit disappointing.
Cons:

You have to pay extra per hour for the spa/wellness. I perhaps should have checked this more carefully when making the reservation, but for a hotel called ‘Tommy Wellness&Spa’, I found this disappointing. There is no restaurant at the hotel; the hotel is located in the middle of a residential area, so for dinner you have to walk for half an hour or get in the car for 10 minutes. The hotel certainly did not give us the relaxed wellness feeling that the photos convey.

Hotel jsem navštívila již potřetí .
Vše na jedničku ,rádi se vracíme . Snídaně perfekt,milý personál .
Určitě se opět vrátíme 🤗

Cons:

Jediné co by bylo na uvážení jsou lepší polštáře ,nebo jeden přidat 😊

DOPORUČUJI! Milý personál, super samobslužný bar, luxusní snídaně!
Pros:

Chci pochválit velmi milý a ochotný personál. Slečny, či mladé paní velmi ochotné, vždy vše ochotně vysvětlily, poradily, zařídily. Snídaně naprosto perfektní, já osobně musím vyzdvihnout, že jsem každé ráno měla přichystané bezlepkové pečivo a i něco bezlepkového sladkého . A nádherné, klidné prostředí u snídaně. Hotel má specifický samoobslužný bar, který je hodně na důvěře k hostům, kdy si vezmete, či načepujete co chcete a zapíšete do kartičky. Nám velmi vyhovoval chlazený bar s jídlem k večeři, protože po celodenním ježdění na kole se nám již nechtělo nikde chodit na večeře. A opět musím vyzdvihnout, že vždy mi byl přichystán nějaký studený talíř bez lepku a pečivo, vždy překryté potravinovou foliií,aby nedošlo ke kontaminaci. Večer velká výhoda perfektního posezení v klidné útulné místnosti. Moc se mi na konci pobytu líbilo, že slečna z recepce se mě přišla zeptat, zda bych ji poradila, jak vylepšit služby pro hosty, co musí dodržovat bezlepkovou dietu, že jí bylo líto, že jsem měla menší výběr pečiva než ostatní, protože hostů s bezlepkovou dietou je jen pár do roka. Prostě velká jednička s hvězdičkou!
