Noise, broken elevator and our room was on 5th floor, some wear in room interior (ie light bulb out, hot water faucet broken in sink, safety box key not working)

Me ubicaron en una habitación al lado de las escaleras y como el ascensor estaba fuera de servicio el trasiego de gente y el ruido eran constantes

Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great nice selection at a buffet. The room was very comfortable. Reception helped us with all sorts of stuff including booking drivers etc. Location is great right in the middle of the old town. Love the building its a proper old colonial structure
Could have been cleaner eg the fridge could have done with a good clean. But really not bad. We ran out of toilet paper on and kept asking housekeeping to top it up and they never did (spent 3 days without any). But that may just have been us having communication issues with our broken spanish

No funcionaba el ascensor, pero nos ofrecieron buscarnos una habitación el los primeros pisos.
É um hotel bem localizado, com boas instalações e funcionários solícitos.
Não gostei do fato de durante toda a minha estadia o elevador estar quebrado o que ocasionou transtornos para q minha família.
Durch meine Muskelschwäche konnte ich nicht auf die Dachterrasse zum Frühstück.Es wurde mir in einer Lounge im Erdgeschoss serviert. Danke 😚
Os quartos não possuíam ventilação e estavam com um cheiro de mofo acentuado e insalubre. Não havia, a principio, disponibilidade de troca de quarto, Após comunicarmos o serviço de atendimento do booking fomos informados que o hotel não aceitou devolver o dinheiro pago. Trocaram o quarto, este com janela, mas o cheiro de mofo permaneceu durante nossa estada. A quadra em que o hotel está localizado é um centro de prostituição, quase impossível de transitar no período da noite e aos finais de semana

El excelente servicio de recepción, nos guardaron el equipaje mientras llegábamos de ir a las islas, y la atención de Filomena en el comedor, ella es un sol y nos atendió muy bien en el comedor.
Lamentablemente tenían averiado el ascensor y nosotros tenemos una hija con movilidad reducida y subir al 5to piso a desayunar no fue confortable. Ellos nos ofrecieron un servicio en el primer piso para facilitarnos la movilidad, se esmeraron por colaborarnos.
Extremamente bem localizado. E por mais que esteja no centro não escutamos barulho de nada. A Senhora Dolores do café da manhã um amor. Café da manhã bemmm gostoso típico caribenho. Sem dúvidas uma grata surpresa!
