La ubicación es fantástica y el personal es muy amable y atento.
El desayuno era un poco pobre.

Ce n'était pas propre une des deux chambres réservées était moisie avec une odeur insupportable d'humidité, nous avons du la changer. Dans l'autre chambre aussi nous avons eu énormément d'humidité, plein d'insectes (des termites je pense), il n'y a aucune aération possible. L'ascenseur ne marchait pas alors qu'on était au 5eme étage. Et le petit dejeuner était vraiment nul, pas bon et quasiment aucun choix à 9h du matin. Vraiment une mauvaise expérience. Nous sommes tres déçus car nous faisons d'habitude confiance à Booking depuis des annees.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Es ist ein Hotel mit Tradition. Das Personal ist super freundlich, die Zimmer sind schön und das Frühstück auch gut. Es gibt auch eine schöne Dachterrasse und einen Innenhof mit einem kleinen Pool. Von der Lage her ist man zu Fuß sofort überall in der Altstadt.

Room had strong musty smell and no windows.
Hot water ran out by the time I had a shower at the end of the day.

Le falta mantenimiento a algunas partes de las instalaciones: la tapa del baño, estaba quebrada y se safaba, un toma corriente del refrigerador tenía la tapa quebrada, por lo que el conector estaba directo al toma.
Wonderful old hotel in a great location in old town ("Walled City"). Can walk to many good restaurants. Excellent staff, very helpful front desk people. Great breakfast buffet and the ladies at the buffet are very nice!! We have stayed here many times.

Acomodação rústica mas que atende muito bem as necessidades, recomendo bastante! Funcionários gentis e atenciosos! Muito bem localizada, próximo a quase todos os pontos importantes do centro histórico!
Elegí este hotel por los comentarios tan positivos sobre el personal y superó mis expectativas. Muy amables, sonrientes, disponibles, colaboradores... Soy una adulta mayor (77) con problemas de movilidad y estuvieron muy pendientes de mi condición.
Les sugeriría poner una barra de seguridad en el baño de la habitación que reserven para adultos mayores y asegurarse de que no hay fugas de agua que humedezcan el piso.

La ubicación y buena disposición del personal
Tuvimos que pasar por 3 habitaciones, todas con olor a madera humeda guardada. En las dos primeras fallaba el teléfono de habitación, en una el aire y la bombilla. El ascensor no funcionó ningún día. Al final, la última habitación algo decente aunque el olor menos fuerte pero persistía.
