gratis parkeren, ontbijt was heel goed verzorgd
It was a nice very friendly Hotel. We got chatting to other guests staying there.
Enjoyed our stay.
There was nothing that we did not like.
Location and parking
Could hear people in next room clearly
Central location, very good staff and service. Very good bath room
Quite old and dated
We liked the manager - he waited up for us when we were unavoidably delayed and remained cheerful ! We also liked the room, the bathroom and the breakfast. Oh yes - and the gardens with their many birds. We didn't have much time to enjoy the whole experience but what we saw and did was just great.
I would have loved a few pictures on the walls of the room - well-chosen art can really turn a good hotel into a great hotel ! There was nothing about the hotel that I actually didn't like !
Location was great and it was really quiet
Food was excellent
The carpet in our room was overly processed with carpet freshener and too thick, it didn’t feel clean
Single night stay. Great location, excellent spacious room (Letham), very good linens & towels, comfy bed. Able to bring our dog. All round good experience. Recommended. All good.
Atmosphere was very charming. Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean. Bathroom clean. Breakfast good. Location good. We had a nice stay with our puppy. The bed was a bit of a squeeze but by the time we made the reservations we only had the smaller room option left so can't speak for other rooms. Overall a pleasant and and would recommend.
The blanket. I hate duvets, but they also provided a soft blanket that was perfect. Nice towels, excellent shower. Close to the train station and close to a lot of interesting cafes and pubs. Staff was courteous and professional and unobtrusive. The hotel is next to one of the best city parks I've seen. The South Inch. The pond had the best bird show ever.
The room (The Tay Room) was right above the kitchen vents so I smelled whatever was cooking. The toilet never emptied all the way without a lot of flushing. The mirror and shower soap were mounted too high. The restaurant was a bit posh for me, but see above. They said they took American Express but couldn't get it to go through.
It was in a lovely location convenient to the downtown, close to parks, museums, and nigh life. The staff were very friendly, to room was clean and comfortable.
Large room with king bed - great shower. Parking. Quiet. South Inch (park) bottom of garden to walk your dog.
Nothing.
The breakfast option were good
I wish there was a bathtub in the bathroom
The friendly and helpful staff who kindly printed some tickets for us.
We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant which were both excellent. A great stay at a small cost hotel with ample parking.
We didn't find the kettle and cups which were in a bedside table until later and there were no coffee or tea. Small quibble.
We received a warm welcome, from a very pleasant professional friendly front desk, always a great start. It has a great location overlooking a park, right on the edge of the town centre, rooms are large, comfortable and clean, and we slept well.
This is an old building, and we were in loft, so had it low comb ceilings and sloping floors, slightly cramped for myself at 6ft 4.
