Gutes Hotel, aber für 4*+ erwarte ich etwas mehr.
Pros:

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal. Spa Nutzung am Abreisetag möglich.

Cons:

Obwohl das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war, gab man uns ein Zimmer ohne Ausblick.

Sehr guter Service, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und das Frühstück ist genial und lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Leider gibt es keine Ablage für die Koffer. Insgesamt zu wenig Haken und auch keine Garderobe Haken im Zimmer. Koffer werden dadurch auf den Stühlen oder auf dem Sessel platziert.
Zimmer zur Straße ist bei geöffneten Fenster durch den Zug sehr laut. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist aber alles okay.

Superbe séjour !
Pros:

Très bel hôtel au bord du lac de Constance, idéalement situé pour de belles promenades à pied, notamment en direction de Bregenz ou de Lochau. Un parking payant est disponible sur place.

Malgré la proximité de la voie ferrée, l’établissement reste très calme, grâce notamment à sa cour intérieure et à la faible fréquence des passages de trains. La propreté est irréprochable et le personnel particulièrement accueillant.

L’accès au spa, à la piscine et au hammam a été très apprécié, d’autant plus que ces espaces étaient peu fréquentés durant notre séjour, ce qui a rendu l’expérience particulièrement agréable.

Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet au top !!

Notre expérience au restaurant a été un peu plus mitigée.

Nous avons été moins séduits par le plat typiquement autrichien commandé sur les conseils du serveur. Plat que nous classerions en mode plutôt « cantine », il ne répondait finalement pas à nos attentes.

Nous aurions également souhaité prendre un dessert, mais le serveur, très occupé à discuter longuement et assez bruyamment avec certaines tables, a omis de nous proposer la carte des desserts ou simplement de nous demander si nous en désirions un. Après une attente particulièrement longue, lorsqu’il nous a finalement fait signe de loin pour savoir si nous souhaitions l’addition, nous avons préféré régler directement plutôt que de patienter davantage. Cette expérience nous a donc laissés un peu sur notre faim, tant par le choix du plat que par le service, qui aurait mérité davantage d’attention à notre table.

Autre déception : la facture comportait une erreur, les "bons" apéritifs qui nous avaient été offerts y figurant comme payants. Notre serveur ne revenant plus à notre table, nous avons dû solliciter un autre membre du personnel, qui ne s’était pas occupé de nous jusque-là, afin de signaler cette erreur. Le rectificatif a bien été effectué par son collègue, mais sans le moindre mot d’excuse, accompagné d’un regard particulièrement hostile.
Une réaction regrettable qui a terni davantage encore cette expérience.

Dommage pour un établissement de ce standing, dont le cadre, la propreté, ainsi que la récente distinction Gault&Millau, nous avaient pourtant laissé une excellente première impression.
Le service au restaurant n’a malheureusement pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Malgré cette petite réserve concernant le dîner, nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour et reviendrions volontiers dans cet établissement.

Firstly the staff(special mention the young lady on reception on check in)absolutely fantastic advertisement for the hotel,well done one and all.
The hotel is in a perfect location(train station a couple of minutes walk away)Beautifully presented,nothing out of place.My room was one of the best I've had,clean and tidy(as you'd expect) bed was comfortable as were the pillows,great walk in shower-seperate toilet.

The breakfast was on another level,what a selection to start the day.
All in all a thoroughly nice hotel with fantastic staff,thank you for a great stay.

Cons:

I only booked 1 night.
