Mittelmäßiges Hotel mit Nähe zur Altstadt
Pros:

Die Nähe zur Altstadt. Mitarbeiter beim Check In war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Mitarbeiterinnen im Frühstücksraum waren sehr unfreundlich und nicht Kundenorientiert. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig. Das Bad in unserem Zimmer war sehr schmal.

Good choice if you want to be close to the arena area and easy distance of the station for travelling around as we did
Pros:

Brilliant location
Good size room - ours was the superior double
Large Comfortable bed
Friendly helpful staff
Good shower pressure
Good choices for breakfast - continental style ( breakfast served a few doors along from our building but not a problem for us )
Good air conditioning

Cons:

I personally prefer a choice for the height of the shower spray - the one in our room was set too high so had to hand hold it if I didn’t want to wash my hair as well - maybe a bit picky but I think relevant ( probably worse if you are short on height) !

Location and breakfast

Cons:

Room was small, and people could see through your window in the bathroom. Not able to close it for privacy. Also too expensive for what we paid.

Not as expected unfortunatley, however Verona is a beautiful city and the location was good.
Pros:

The location was perfect for spending a few days in Verona. The breakfast was nice, and when the staff were available they were helpful.

Cons:

The room was not as expected or as per the photos. It was tiny and the bed was pushed up against a wall with no bedside table or charge point. When we returned one day the bathroom was flooded and we were moved into a much nicer room - the one in the photo! But sadly we had to leave early so could not enjoy it. Our key card needed to be reset each day, which was not ideal as we were in the property down the road and not part of the main hotel and reception. There was a refrigerator but no coffee facilities in the room.

Great location for exploring Verona - 5 mins from Arena
Pros:

Great location & very clean. Quiet at night. Guy on reception very helpful & friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast in a different building. Boiled eggs only offered during half of our stay. Scrambled eggs every day but pre cooked & a bit lukewarm.
