La situación

Cons:

Está en un edificio diferente a la recepción, diferente al desayuno…. Necesitas algo y tienes que cambiar de edificio. E igual para ir a desayunar.
La ducha también deja que desear, no es de obra, es prefabricada puesta en el baño.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Verona, nahe dem Zentrum.
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage und sehr ruhig. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Alles so vorgefunden, wie es vorher dargestellt wurde. Es wurde ein Raum für die Fahrräder bereitgestellt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht groß, das war aber bei Buchung klar und so akzeptiert.

A reggeli megfelelő volt.A szállás kiváló helyen található, a parkolás viszont problémás.

Cons:

Nem volttakaró az ágyhoz, csak egy plédet találtunk a gardróbban. Legalább egy lepedőt adhattak volna.

Not much but the breakfast was good

Cons:

Extremely basic decor, facilities. Drab. Our minibar didn’t keep or get anything cold. We got someone to come from the main hotel to look at it several times and was repeatedly told that it was working and it is not like a normal fridge. 🙄. On the first day we checked in, we asked to be moved to a different room. They said it wasn’t possible.
The days were hot and we wanted to come back to the cold water we had bought from the supermarket. We were however offered to go down and buy cold water from the main hotel building . We did not- we already had water- we just wanted an appliance to cool our water like we paid for , as part of the accommodation agreement. We were also offered to change rooms the afternoon before we were due to check out. Why bother. No compensation was given. We thought that the least they could do was to give us a couple of cold bottles of water for free.
As per photos, there were other things we could have complained about but didn’t. Cracked tiles in bathroom and old shower in disrepair, uncomfortable bed.

Goed hotel in het centrum, met parkeerplaats.
Pros:

De locatie was uitstekend. Door leuke straatjes met winkels loop je naar het centrum waar de arena is en waar ook de grotere winkels en een rij terrassen zijn. Er is een parkeerplaats. Het ontbijt was uitstekend en het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Ook de kamer zag er goed uit. We zaten in een ander pand aan de overkant van het hotel. Geen probleem.

Letto matrimoniale con un lato a muro, dovevi scavalcare chi dormiva con te per andare in bagno
Foto della camera fatta con grandangolo che inquadra solo un lato del letto e non il muro
Alla mia protesta mi è stato detto che era stata la mia scelta della stanza economy 235 euro(sic)

Staff Very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast Staff worked very hard and efficiently. Excellent range of food for breakfast with fresh coffee and NOT FROM A MACHINE. Bed comfortable, air con super efficient, shower cabinet excellent. Hotel in a quiet street very close to all the areas visitors would go to.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Für 1-2 Nächte in Ordnung. Personal durchweg sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war klein, abgewohnt und die Dusche angeschimmelt. Garage täglich € 25,-- kann man wohl verlangen, öffentliche Parkplätze sind vermutlich noch teurer. Preis-/Leistung nicht wirklich in Ordnung.
