Great location
Pros:

Great location on walking street.
Clean, large room. Big bathroom. Good aircon and hot water.
( booked Elegant twin room).
Breakfast was included but nothing to get excited about - egg station was best part. Nice view from bf restaurant.
Go to Glow Spa, just a few mins away, and Cafe Ciao.

Cons:

Renovations going on, adjacent to my room. Would have been appropriate for staff to mention this when taking our reservation in person at 6.30pm. But no,found out when the drilling and hammering started at 7am.
Breakfast could use improvement, like better croissants.

Great location, clean, comfortable rooms with a decent breakfast
Pros:

Location was amazing.

Cons:

They were doing renovations on a couple of the floors and it was quite noisy. We were able to get our room upgraded away from the noise.
The gym was also being renovated and we weren't aware of this at the time of booking.

Thái độ nhân viên cực kỳ tệ. Bạn lễ tân mặt mụn và bạn Vy cùng ca hình như tên Vy làm lễ tân mà thái độ không diễn tả được. Nhân viên rất hãm. Hỏi không muốn trả lời. Hỏi chỗ đậu xe kêu: bên đường á, rồi bên đường nào bà nội ơi. Khó chịu thì ở nhà làm công chúa chứ đi làm mà thái độ với khách. Sửa máy lạnh ngay cửa khách sạn mà để khách tự xách đồ ra, nhân viên đứng nhìn. Ăn sáng nhờ bạn bếp múc nước lèo ít mỡ, kêu bún này nó vậy á. Rồi vậy là sao?

Das Personal war zum Teil sehr freundlich und zuvor kommend. Der Frühstücksraum ist neu renoviert und nun sehr hell.

Cons:

Das Personal in der Rezeption spricht nicht sehr gut englisch und wirkt zum Teil etwas uninteressiert. Das geht besser. Wichtig ist ein Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken zu bekommen (ab 7. Stock), da es auf der Nguyen Hue Street auch in der Nacht noch sehr lebhaft sein kann. Daher ein Zimmer nehmen, dass nicht direkt zur Straße geht und dafür den Abend direkt im getummel auf der Nguyen Hue Street verbringen.
