The doors are very noisy when your neighbours are coming and going late night.
Lovely manager and staff on the desk welcoming when they were there.
Gym (box in the car park with two dated pieces of equipment).
Safety- left early as I felt unsafe here. Approached multiple times and asked to be let in by people who were locked out, they said. Person on my floor asked me if I was staying there and where. On the last day approached by group of people in the carpark who told me a car was broken into. Unsure if was a scam/ setup to rob me, as I was walking toward that car. (Not mine). I left that day. Location generally felt unsafe. Lots of shady people about. The area is rough.
Room- smelly, dirty and old. Fridge was loud. Dirty and marks on the walls.
Shower as excellent. Bed was good
Many of the residents appear to be homeless people or people being offered emergency accommodation due to substance use issues.
Intended to stay four nights for a tennis comp and chose this location as it was close ish to the Qld Tennis Centre. It had a kitchen and washing machine and dryer, and a gym. However I don’t think you can call a glass cube in the car park with one geriatric treadmill and a pin loaded machine a gym. It is two pieces of equipment in a horrible location. The lift and room smelled and the room was old and unclean. The hotel felt unsafe to me, on two occasions randoms outside asked me to let them in. I am leaving a night early as I don’t wish to return.
close to everything
nothing
Room was spacious, location was excellent and amenities were clean and in great condition.
Noise made by other guests entering and exitting their rooms/building.
The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The coffee :-)
Very clean and updated, easy check in check out. Would definitely stay again
The only down was the very noise aircon.. I could only have the fan setting on high. When I tried to turn it to a lower setting, it sounded like it was going to take off..
