It's okay but pay a little more for some place if you desire comfort and better resources
Pros:

Advantages: the hotel staff are very friendly, so hospitable and kind, you will feel looked after. The area is very safe, lots of cafes and shops nearby and all within walking or short uber ride distance. Internet is good but sometimes choppy, good enough though. I was on the 6th floor.

Cons:

Disadvantages: there were some bugs I don’t know what they were but they were near the sink and ever since I saw one, I was very on edge that there’d be more. The cleaner is a sweet old lady but she sprays this awful lemon spray on the ground and the air, totally polluting and clogging up the air. The windows cannot be opened, so pretty ridiculous. Room service is extortionately priced. It’s a very very basic hotel, it even says basic hotel on some things. There are no personal amenities in the room, just a run down coffee machine, no kettle, no fridge, and the coffee machine took a long time to understand how to use it. The cleaner doesn’t do sufficient cleaning, she just mops, makes the bed, and takes the trash out, the bedsheets nor the pillows were changed at all during my 6 night stay. It’s definitely not a true 4 star hotel, more like a 3 star or 2.5 star hotel tbh. I wouldn’t pay money to come back here again unfortunately.

Not worth the money.
Pros:

Room was ok. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Outlet is across the room from the bed. No bathtubs, I'm disabled and it's hard to shower. I couldn't find the gym to do physical therapy.
Lobby is cool, but impractical. Buffet breakfast was bland and disappointing

Wouldn’t come back again
Pros:

Not a lot.
One receptionist was nice and friendly the rest not so much.

Cons:

There was one receptionist that was nice. The second one not so much he was rude and unwelcoming. We checked out earlier because of dirtiness of the room. The service was poor. Unfortunately we didn’t get a refund either. The breakfast wasn’t so great either not a lot of choices.
