Pros:

Looked nice, location was great.

Cons:

Something in the room made me sick. I didnt sleep all night. It was effecting my sinuses, and I couldn't stop wheezing, and my throat was sore. Noone was at the desk, so not much could be done. I really want a full refund. Neither of us slept a wink.

Excellent location, quiet, dark rooms, staff very welcoming

I would definitely stay there again. It would be my go to hotel for sure
Pros:

It was convenient, updated and comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly. I didn’t eat at the restaurant that was on the ground floor but the menu looked good. I would highly recommend trying it as most of the restaurants for a full dining experience are pretty mid.

Cons:

The ice machine was broken and I needed the ice to put in my knee so that wasn’t really great

Convenient and central
Pros:

The hotel was exactly what was needed for our stay, as we were attending a wedding. It was convenient and the staff were helpful. It was a great central location in Keene for the rehearsal dinner. Myself and the kids also enjoyed the pool as the weather was very hot ouside.

Cons:

There was no kettle for making tea, and no teabags provided. There was only one milk sachet. As an Irish person still on Irish time, I really missed my morning tea in my room!

The hotel met my needs perfectly!
Pros:

The location was perfect - just a short walk to the downtown area with shops and restaurants. Parking was easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was great and every staff member we encountered was wonderful.

Cons:

The shower wasn't great in that there was no shampoo or body wash in the permanent dispensers there. But the shower was clean and water pressure was good as well.

Pleasant stay with a little room for improvement
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, and nice reception area with lounge, bar and pool table. The room was a good size and fairly comfortable and clean overall.

Cons:

Room had a few issues - a damp area of the carpet near the bathroom, inconsistent temperature, distracting glow from the AC, and ambience/ lighting that felt a bit dark. The price was also a little high considering the offering wasn't exceptional and there was no complimentary breakfast

Wonderful hotel in a great area with very comfortable beds, great water pressure, exceptional staff, and lovely accommod
Pros:

It’s in a great location and felt great for a solo woman walking around town to restaurants and shops at all hours.

Cons:

Walls are thin, light sleepers beware ;)

Very enjoyable stay and will book there again
Pros:

The staff were fantastic. So helpful and accommodating. There were plenty of spaces in front of the hotel for unloading, The parking, especially handicapped parking, was excellent. I always found a spot convenient to the side door. I needed help loading a few bags into my car and they immediately assisted. The room was clean and comfortable, Loved the water and cookies in the lobby-very friendly and tasty. I didn't use the bar or food pickup but was glad it was there in case I needed it. Convenient to the food coop next door with the sunny cheery cafe tables. Room decor was up to date, contemporary, well-maintained and comfortable.

Cons:

I stayed three nights and I thought the room would be cleaned every day, but it was not. I did have my do not disturb sign on the door the first morning, but it didn't seem as though there was cleaning available in the afternoons. That would have been helpful to know. It was not a big inconvenience, but my tiny bathroom trash bin was filling up. Just reused my towels like I do at home. Also, the narrowest room refrigerator I have ever seen. Made it impossible to store one of my two takeout containers but they were kind to store them in their refrigerators on the lobby floor. I think the hotel would be better for families if a wider room refrigerator was installed. Also, the refrigerator (213) was set too cold and froze my fruit and yogurt.

No relaxing rest
Cons:

The beds/mattresses are horrible. Saturday morning my son was in such pain he could barely walk. Saturday night he spent most of the night trying to sleep in the office chair. For the amount of money paid for the room they need to upgrade the beds.
