I lived in this hotel every time when I visited Sherbrooke. Love the convenience of the location.

Cons:

We have been forced to change to a smaller room due to the air condition of original room is out of function. However, we didn't been notified during the check in until we found it when we entered the room. The later room prices is lower than the original one we booked, they didn't return the difference until I ask. Now I am still waiting if the money will return to my credit card account as promised.

Je ne suis pas restée longtemps, je suis arrivée tard, mais c’était bien.
Pros:

Propre et confortable

Cons:

Le réfrigérateur n’était pas branché et le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas. J’ai avisé en quittant et je crois qu’ils allaient s’en occuper.

-Nous avons quand même passé un bon moment en général ! Est-ce que je reviendrai ? J’essaierai peut-être une autre installation pour la température de la piscine, car nous sommes une famille de 3 enfants. Vais-je recommander cet hôtel, oui.

Cons:

- Sur votre site web, il est mentionné que vous avez une salle d’arcade/de loisirs mais que vous n’en aviez pas. Peut-être retirer cette partie car nous avions deux enfants très déçus.

- J’ai appelé pour voir la température de la piscine avant de faire ma réservation afin de m’assurer que l’eau n’était pas trop froide pour un bébé de 10 mois et on m’a dit qu’il faisait au moins 80 degrés. Je pense que l’information n’était pas correcte car il faisait bien trop froid pour qu’un bébé reste plus de 10 minutes sans avoir les lèvres bleues. J’étais très triste à ce sujet... Au moins, le jacuzzi dans la chambre était agréable pour elle et elle a pu profiter d’un peu d’eau.

- Beaucoup d’extras... WIFI payant, parking payant, petit-déjeuner payant (beaucoup pour le type de petit-déjeuner et les options proposées). Je comprends que ces extras servent à payer l’incroyable hôtel que tu proposes, mais qu’il reste beaucoup.
