- Es gibt keinen Parkplatz direkt vor Ort, sondern man soll in der Straße oben dran parken, wo es allerdings kaum Platz gab.
- Mit keinem Wort wurde erwähnt, dass man von 0-6 Uhr nicht in die Unterkunft kommt, ich habe auch online nichts davon gelesen. Der Schlüssel ist nur für das eigene Zimmer, das heißt wir kamen nach einem langen Arbeitstag auf einem Event um 2.30 Uhr an die Unterkunft und mussten eine Notfallnummer anrufen. Der ältere Herr hat uns dann erst am Telefon und dann auch persönlich sehr respektlos behandelt und angeschrien, dass „sie nur 3 Sterne haben, keine 4.“ Nach weiteren Schimpftiraden hat er uns reingelassen und ist weggelaufen.

Bene ma non benissimo
Pros:

-Proprietario presente e tutt'uno con l'albergo.
-La camera ed il bagno erano puliti, la doccia molto grande, comodissima.
-Ottima la copertura Wifi.
-La colazione varia, a buffet.

Cons:

-Ci hanno assegnato una camera singola a fronte di una matrimoniale
-L'aria condizionata non autonoma.
-Materasso duro, un Topper renderebbe più piacevole il sonno.
-I cani devono obbligatoriamente stare in braccio ovunque meno che in camera. Cani ammessi ma non benvenuti come dichiarato dal proprietario... Non siamo welcome dog ed abbiamo avuto sempre problemi con i cani... Perché animali ammessi? Per non perdere nessuna prenotazione... Per cui a chi viaggia col proprio pelosetto consiglio di cercare altro.

La colazione è stata nel complesso buona, suggerirei però la macchina per fare i cappuccini caldi. La stanza, se pur piccolina, era ordinata e pulita e con mobilio recente, La sorpresa positiva invece è stato il bagno, per Chianciano una chicca, completamente ristrutturato. Complimenti!

Cons:

L'unico neo, se posso permettermi, è l'obbigo di rientro serale entro la mezzanotte. Mi sembrava di essere tornato indietro a quando ero in servizio. Se ci fosse la possibilità di rientro libero sarebbe un albergo al top.

L'accoglienza, cordialitá ,pulizia e ottima posizione per le terme.

Unica nota dolente l'aria condizionata che a mio parere era troppo forte a tratti e ad altri nemmeno serviva soprattutto di notte.

il rapporto qualità/prezzo, la colazione inclusa e le recensioni positive sono state la chiave per la scelta di quest'albergo. Abbiamo apprezzato la puliza della camera.

Cons:

Ci siamo fermati una sola notte e l'albergo ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze. Se dovessi però fermarmi più giorni a Chianciano, probabilmente sceglierei una struttura più vicina al centro del paese per comodità, senza dover spostare l'auto. Ma tutto ovviamente dipende dalle esigenze di ciascuno.
