Letto confortevolissimo
Pros:

È la terza volta che soggiorno al NEO HOTEL.
La camera ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative: letto confortevole, ambienti puliti, parcheggio funzionale.

Cons:

Bello il bagno, purtroppo non era possibile aprire la finestra, neanche a vasistas.

Cons:

Dopo che la prenotazione era stata accettata e la carta autorizzata, sono stato contattato dalla struttura e informato che, a causa di una contemporaneità di prenotazioni, la mia camera non era più disponibile.
Gestione pessima da parte della struttura, anche perché sono stato costretto io stesso a cancellare la prenotazione, con tutto il disagio che ne è derivato.
