Would stay there again. Staff were great.
Pros:

Location is excellent, quiet and peaceful area after a long flight and connection. Comfortable room and the breakfast offered was very good with ample selection. Shuttle bus back the airport in the morning. A great start after arriving in the evening prior.

Cons:

As for airport hotels, you pay a premium to have close access after arrival so it likely is one of the more expensive properties we booked for our extended trip to see Japan.

わからない。日付間違えたので

Cons:

チェックインの日に、チェックイン連絡がなく、ホテルが一日早くとってしまっていたことにきづかなかったので、チェックイン遅れて連絡きてくれてたらとはおもった。自分が100悪いが連絡こないホテルははじめてだった。
でも受付の女性が追加料金で宿泊を融通きかせてくれようとしてよかったが、札幌駅近くで違うホテルにした
