Location was perfect for my work, ambiance wonderful, rooms had a great view, bed was very comfortable, clean and well maintained, great value, wonderful staff very helpful and friendly, enjoyed working in the lobby quite and comfortable. Highly recommended hotel.

I liked the location the most, the price was right, the beds were huge and comfortable, and I liked the staff. They were kind and helpful and you can't ask for a better location. Rooms were nice and quiet.
The rooms need updated, there are not enough outlets, the lighting was overall poor, and I had to unplug something to plug in the one lamp. Tried to get the TV to work properly but didn't have any luck, seemed to be a WiFi issue or something, but I don't watch it usually anyway.
The staff were lovely and the location was good. The breakfast was good and our room was very big and spacious.

We had an amazing stay at S31 Sukhumvit Hotel, and a huge part of that experience was because of Jack, the concierge. From the moment we arrived, Jack went above and beyond every single time he saw us. He was always welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed.
Whether it was giving recommendations, helping with transportation, answering questions, or simply greeting us with a smile, Jack made us feel like valued guests every day. His attention to detail and outstanding customer service truly stood out and made our trip to Bangkok even more enjoyable.
It’s rare to meet someone who takes so much pride in making guests feel comfortable and cared for. Jack is an absolute asset to this hotel, and we cannot thank him enough for all his kindness and help during our stay.

The room and restaurant were excellent. The staff for the most part were very friendly and helpful.
When I booked the room through Booking.com it took a while for confirmation, so I thought it didn't go through. I went through the process again and the first one appeared. This was in less than 10 minute span. I immediately called the hotel to tell them I accidentally booked 2 rooms and would like to cancel one of them. They refused to cancel. I could understand if this had been done weeks before, but it was less than 10 minutes when I called them. They should have made an exception in this case. This is completely unacceptable and totally not customer friendly. It's robbery in my opinion. Because of this, it doesn't matter if the hotel itself was good or not. That was like a slap in the face, or a spit in the face.
