iQ Hotel Roma

Clean comfortable, absolutely everything we needed, even a self service laundry with Ironing facilities.
We enjoyed the bar and restaurant on one of the upper floor, although it was not part of the hotel.
Great location, within walking distance of railway station. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

E o shower&go foi espetacular para nós que tinhamos um voo a noite no verão - nos permitiu aproveitar o dia de passeio em Roma. Todos os funcionários são muito gentis e disponíveis para ajudar. Valeu muito a estadia.

We stayed at iQ Hotel Roma for 4 nights during our family trip to Rome, and we were extremely happy with our experience.

First of all, the hotel was spotless, modern, and very well designed. The staff were always kind, warm, and very helpful. Our room had everything we needed, and many thoughtful details made our stay even more comfortable. Tea, coffee, peanuts, and wafers were provided and renewed every day. The minibar was completely free, and it was also refilled daily, which we truly appreciated. In my opinion, this is how all hotels should be. When you already pay a significant amount for a hotel, it feels unreasonable to be charged extra just for a bottle of water at night.

The bathroom was also very comfortable, and having a bidet was a great plus. One more thing that really impressed us was the service. Our TV did not support web connection, so we could not watch Prime Video. When we mentioned this to the reception, they immediately replaced the TV with a newer one. This was a very professional and thoughtful response.

The breakfast area was spacious, bright, and comfortable. The breakfast variety was excellent, especially the cheeses and the fruit selection.

Overall, iQ Hotel Roma gave us a wonderful accommodation experience. If we visit Rome again, we would happily stay here once more. We highly recommend it, especially for families.

The breakfast buffet was amazing; especially for the value. The staff made sure the area stayed tidy and replenished. A little further from the sites/attractions. Jacuzzi was a nice bonus. Ladies at front desk Natalia and Darlene (I think that was her name) were fabulous but the men who worked the evening shifts were not so personable. We found our room and even hallways to be a bit warm for our taste even though our room thermostat said 19 Celsius. We asked if they had table fans but were told it would get colder but never did. No one offered to take our bags and I never saw any valets. Hotel was spotless; there was always someone cleaning.

This is a great hotel within walking distance to Termini (just over 10 minutes with our rolling carry on luggage). We are here in the record heatwave - the air conditioning is amazing. Love that they stock the minibar for free (water, juice, beer). Great to have self service laundry on site. They will also store your luggage after check out if you have a later flight. They have a shower room to use to freshen up before you leave, in that case.

We only stayed one night at this hotel but if we return to Rome, would definitely stay here again. We arrived around 10am so our room was not available yet. They held our luggage while we explored the city, and when we arrived back they had already delivered all of the luggage to our room! The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are quite large on European standards (we were in a triple) and the air conditioning worked really well which was especially appreciated as we were there during a heat wave. The location is also great, we were a 15-20 minute walk to all the major sites plus nearby many good restaurants and gelaterias.

The room was spacious and clean. My girls loved the snacks and complimentary drinks in the mini bar. That was a nice surprise. We got to the hotel very early, so obviously our room wasn’t ready which we expected it not to be ready at that hour, but by the time we got back from sightseeing, it was a nice surprise to see that our bags were already in our room waiting for us.

We were very satisfied with the hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was excellent - fresh with a lot of variety. Room was very clean - spotless. Also, we arrived at a very hot day and it was great to receive all the drinks in the room refrigerator for free (what a great and genuine idea). Ultimately, staff was very helpful and assisted us long after checkout. Highly recommended.

My husband and I went to Rome for the first time and chose this hotel and it was fantastic! The room was a nice size with a small balcony looking over the opera house courtyard! The location made it easy to get to several of the main attractions for tourist and some great restaurants. What was truly great about this hotel was the staff. Natalia was exceptional and another gentleman who helped us when we were having trouble due to the train strike. He assured us that they would make sure we could get to our next location whether the train worked or not. We can’t thank them enough! It was also my birthday on one of the nights we stayed here and they left champagne and nuts in my room! It was such a nice surprise!
