What a beautiful experience 😍
Pros:

The staff go above and beyond to help us do the basics...like forwarding our luggage to the next hotel for us for example...Also we stayed here last year, when it was Hotel Wing. They've made improvements like adding more washers and dryers to the laundry room, and adding a terrific Manga library near the lounge/kitchen. That's why we came back again this year , with our group of seven friends. We especially like the closeness to the 7-11, which is a super conbini with almost everything you could need day or night. We also love the closeness to the tiny park and easy walking to Sunshine City. We also also like the little bar area next to the front desk, where you can help yourself to toothbrushes, Q tips, Soup, headbands,etc...is there anything else you might need during your stay? All for free!🥰

Great value spot with super helpful staff in a good neighborhood.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful! We messed up our booking but they worked out the best way to resolve it. Besides that the surrounding area is a very good location. If you are staying in Tokyo for the first time I highly recommend this place!
