Hotel ładny, pokój spory, odnowiony, bardzo czysty i wygodny. Położenie hotelu najlepsze z możliwych.

Cons:

Brak ekspresu do kawy Nespresso w pokoju - to jest już standard w pięciogwiazdkowych a nawet czterogwiazdkowych hotelach w Europie. Śniadanie takie sobie zarówno pod względem wyboru jak i jakości potraw. Czerstwe pieczywo i wysuszone ciasta, słaby wybór owoców.

Really like the room and the fact it is grest for old town

We had dinner twice at the hilton
First meal the staff were great
Second evening we were ignored, no eye contact for 20 minutes until I approached the waiter, dinner then was spoiled as it effects the mood, after being ignored, we then waited 15 minutes further for drinks and then again for a bottle of water . Very unusual as stayed at hilton before but not nice experience. Food was great but mo need for bring left and ignored further just because a large group arrive requesting drinks in 15 minutes as they have a boat tour.

Bardzo udany kolejny pobyt
Pros:

Kolejny rewelacyjny pobyt w hotelu Hilton Gdańsk. Lokalizacja najlepsza z możliwych. Pokoje duże, komfortowe, nowoczesne. Bardzo dokładnie sprzątane pokoje każdego dnia. Uwzględniono moją prośbę dotyczącą okien w pokoju. Bardzo pomocny i pozytywnie nastawiony do klienta personel. Strefa basenowa idealnie zlokalizowana przy upalnej pogodzie. I rewelacyjne śniadania. To mój ulubiony hotel w Trojmiescie.

Superbe hôtel, idéalement placé et doté de tous les équipements de confort.
Personnel très gentil, petit déjeuner de haut niveau, piscine sur le toit avec vue imprenable sur le canal et la vieille ville.
Bref, que du bonheur.

Cons:

Si l’on voyage en voiture, bien penser à réserver le parking au risque d’être éconduit et de se voir contraint de stationner dans un parking public en ville. Pas très grave au demeurant !
