Location and the size of the room

Cons:

- noisy aircon and that it doesn’t cool as strong
- breakfast repetitive and too simple for a 5 star hotel
- spa is next to the bar and impossible to relax at the terrace as the music from the bar can’t be turned off, loud music at the breakfast area outside ruins the atmosphere

Kiváló személyzet, szoba tisztasága, kilátás, ágy és matrac minősége, hotel elhelyezkedése

Cons:

Borzasztó minőségű reggeli, maga a reggeliző helyiség kicsi és nagyon puritán, igen szegényes választék, az is kritikán aluli minőségű. Ósdi asztalok, nem szép székek, a minimális választék is elfogadhatatlan minőségű.
Kb 6 féle ételnek nem nevezhető termékből lehetett választani, jéghideg rántotta, 3 féle egészségtelen ultrafeldolgozott felvágott. 3 féle gyümölcs a kínálatban de pl. nem sokkal a reggeli után görögdinnye már nem volt, kérésemre közölték, hogy elfogyott???!!! Ilyen minőségű reggeli szolgáltatással még nem találkoztam, olvastam, hogy mások is kifogásolták.
Előtte voltam hilton tallin-ban, a reggeli és reggelizőhelyiség szempontjából is példát vehetnének róla.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Stadt

Toplage um überall schnell sein zu können. Wundervolle Aussicht auf den Fluss und das rege Treiben der herrlichen Altstadt
Wir haben das Essen in beiden hauseigenen Restaurants sehr genossen. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel. Die Einrichtung ist nüchtern, modern und funktional.Von der Dachterrasse kann man bei einem Glas Wein das Panaroma der Stadt im Sonnenuntergang bei angenehmer Musik geniessen

Das Rezeptionspersonal wirkte teilweise sehr angestrengt, unhöflich teilweise auch pampig von oben herab.
Leider kein gutes Aushängeschild für ein Haus mit Anspruch auf diese Klasse. Unprofessionell. Da gäbe es sicher noch Handlungsbedarf in Sachen Schulung seitens des Managements. Es sei denn: " Der Fisch stinkt vom Kopf"

Głośna sala śniadaniowa (za głośna muzyka, szurające krzesła po podłodze). Ręczniki wyglądające na mocno zużyte (czyste, ale już wiekowe). Brak prysznica w łazience w pokoju Delux z widokiem na rzekę, w którym zwykle była i wanna i kabina prysznicowa.
