Pros:

Wir waren schon vor zwei Jahren im La Quinta by Wyndham Las Vegas Airport South und haben auch dieses Mal wieder dort übernachtet.

Im Vergleich hat es uns damals etwas besser gefallen. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas älter und die Klimaanlage ist recht laut. Unser erstes Zimmer haben wir deshalb gewechselt und sind in den 2. Stock gegangen – dort war es besser. An der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt, dass die Zimmer in der 3. Etage bereits renoviert werden, was man dort auch merkt.

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und es gibt eine gute Auswahl. Der Service war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Der Pool ist schön und man kann dort gut entspannen. Besonders toll ist der Blick auf die Flugzeuge, die direkt am Flughafen starten und landen.

Insgesamt ein solides Hotel mit gutem Service, auch wenn einige Bereiche schon etwas älter sind.

Cons:

Klimaanlage ist sehr laut.
Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Pros:

Хорошее соотношение цена-качество. Удобное расположение. Приветливый персонал. В целом чисто, хотя немного устаревший ремонт.

Cons:

Все было ок, за исключением очень однообразных завтраков. Но возможно это везде так в небольших американских отелях.

I will NEVER stay with La Quinta again!
Pros:

Location was close to the airport

Cons:

We booked this hotel for its close location to the airport and free shuttle. They told us it’d take about 15 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up (Google Maps show it’s actually an 8 min drive). We ended up waiting outside in very hot temperatures for over an hour for the hotel shuttle. I had to call 3 times and each time was told they’d be there soon. Found out there was a lack of communication between staff and they forgot to pick us up. Very frustrating!!! Not one staff member acknowledged it or even apologized when we finally returned to the hotel.

We should not have been treated badly after driving 9 hours.
Cons:

The front desk staff was rude. Anytime you tried to ask a question he was rude and snappy. The worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The next front desk clerk said he would reimburse us a lil it never happened.
