There was a leak from the ceiling in the bathroom. Having informed the receptionist about this in the middle of the night, we were immediately moved to a new room.

Muy amables y confiables
Pros:

El personal fue muy amable. Tuvimos un problema con la regadera y nos cambiaron de cuarto y hasta el de mantenimiento nos preguntó si todo seguía bien. Recomiendo mucho hacer uso del transporte del y hacia el aeropuerto. Cuando llegas solo debes marcar y pasan por ti, un día antes de que te retires pregunta por los horarios de ida al aeropuerto. Super bien ubicado. Cerca de todo y lejos del caos. El desayuno mucho mejor que he visto en hoteles de este estilo.

Las instalaciones son un poco viejas PERO estaban iniciando remodelaciones, así que tengo esperanzas para el futuro
