A great base for families to explore Madrid comfortably.
Pros:

The breakfast was a great way to start off the morning - the kids especially enjoyed the churros and the omelette, and there was enough variety that everyone found something they liked. The location is a bit out of the city center so you need a car to get there, but it’s only 20 minutes away so it’s still quite convenient. Also there is free parking all along the street just in front of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and there were many families staying there, so it had a nice family atmosphere.

Cons:

Honestly I don’t have any complaints - our stay was great! I suppose a pool would have been a big bonus but otherwise our stay lacked nothing!

Excelente hotel, confortável e boa localização para os parques.
Pros:

O hotel é excelente, tudo muito limpo e arrumado. O quarto é confortável e o duche relaxante. O pequeno almoço tem uma variedade satisfatória. Fomos de carro e estávamos próximos a rodovia que nos levava a todos os destinos, não sei se é bom em relação a transportes públicos.

Tesis fiyatına göre oldukça iyiydi. Kahvaltı gayet memnun edici, odalar temiz, personel ilgili, otelin önündeki yolda parkedebileceğimiz araç yeri oldukça fazlaydı. Gerçekten burada herşey yolundaydı. Merkez aracı olanlar için sorun değil. Toplu ulaşım kullanmadığım için yorum yapamıyacağım.

Buena estancia en general
Pros:

Nuestra estancia en el Holiday Inn Express Madrid Leganés fue bastante buena en general. Reservamos una habitación familiar para los cuatro (dos adultos y dos niños) y cumplió perfectamente su función: cómoda, amplia y práctica para pasar una noche sin complicaciones. Todo estaba limpio y bien mantenido.

El desayuno también nos dejó una buena impresión: variedad suficiente, productos frescos y un espacio agradable. Sin embargo, tuvimos una situación un poco incómoda. El horario era hasta las 10:00, y a las 10:03 pedí coger una última cosa. Una de las chicas del personal respondió de manera inadecuada. Entiendo perfectamente que a las 10 se cierre el acceso y que tengan que recoger, pero un pequeño margen de cortesía de 3–5 minutos marca la diferencia, sobre todo cuando ya estás dentro y solo necesitas un segundo. No es un drama, pero sí un detalle que se podría mejorar.

Aun así, el hotel cumple muy bien para una noche de paso: cómodo, limpio, práctico y con un desayuno más que correcto. Volveríamos si necesitamos alojarnos por la zona.

Cons:

En cuanto a la habitación, eché en falta una luz más general. Hay varios interruptores y, si te levantas a mitad de la noche para ir al baño y te equivocas, despiertas a toda la familia sin querer. Nada grave, pero sí algo que podrían simplificar para hacerlo más cómodo.

Estaría bien instrucciones para el aire acondicionado o para poner calefacción. Hacía frío por la noche. Estaría bien una manda adicional en el armario. La carta de la cena es muy escasa para tener las estrellas que tiene.
