L’emplacement, la grandeur des chambres.
La Clim ne fonctionnait pas le premier soir, on a pas dormi de la nuit, la chaleur, bruit les vitres ouvertes, moustiques etc etc … ils nous ont changés de chambre le lendemain. Aucun geste commercial n’a été fait.

L'hotel était en mauvais état et mal entretenu.

Mais SURTOUT : la gérante de l'hotel s'est adressée à nous de manière très agressive, nous étions choqués qu'on puisse s'adresser de la sorte à ses clients.
Nous ne recommandons pas du tout cet hotel.
Très bien placé au centre de Sète. Chambre calme. Parking.
Le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas. Climatisation faible.

La prima notte l'aria condizionata era rotta per cui è stato difficile dormire, ma il.giorno seguente è stata prontamente accomodata!
