Notre première chambre ne nous convenait pas et l'hôtesse d'accueil a très bien et très vite réagi pour nous trouver ce qui nous correspondait. Le changement a été accepté avec le sourire. Il y a une recherche du bien-être du client.
Le patio est un endroit zen en pleine ville.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner est très limité. Le fromage proposé est émietté, très peu de choix.

Pros:

Ce que j'ai le plus apprécié, c'est l'emplacement de l'hôtel. Il est idéalement situé en plein centre-ville de Sète, à deux pas du port, des restaurants, des commerces et des principales attractions. Tout peut se faire à pied, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable. C'est un véritable atout pour profiter pleinement de la ville.

Cons:

Ce que j'ai moins apprécié, c'est d'abord l'absence de volets dans les chambres. Malgré les rideaux occultants, la chambre reste très lumineuse dès le matin, ce qui rend difficile de faire une grasse matinée ou une sieste après une journée de visite.

Le petit-déjeuner est également un point à améliorer. Le choix est assez limité et plusieurs produits manquaient régulièrement, comme les croissants, les fruits ou d'autres articles, sans être réapprovisionnés suffisamment rapidement.

Enfin, l'accès au parking est un peu particulier et demande un petit temps d'adaptation. De plus, il ne se trouve pas à la même adresse que l'hôtel. Il est préférable de demander l'adresse exacte du parking avant votre arrivée afin de le trouver plus facilement.

Pros:

Tutto positivo dalla posizione assolutamente centrale, alla camera familiare molto spaziosa su due livelli, al grande bagno all' ottima colazione. Da apprezzare anche il parcheggio privato coperto direttamente sotto l'hotel, un vero bonus!

Room not great. Last year I had a lovely room. I had twin beds despite being alone which was very frustrating. Room wasnt very nice. But the staff were wonderful!
