Pros:

荷物預けに伺った際にチェックインの手続きができて、やる事無くなっちゃって30分も早くついてしまったのですが、お部屋の準備ができているからとお部屋に案内していただけて助かりました！お部屋も広かった！

Pros:

Hotellet ligger i Bunkyo som ikke er et turistet område, og så ligger det ved siden af Kodokan, hvor vi trænede judo.

Cons:

Værelserne var for små. Jeg forlanger ikke en suite men man kunne kun åbne sin kuffert på sengen, der var ikke plads ellers.

Nin ven fik væggelus på sit værelse.

Pros:

Conforto, localização, limpeza, serviços e simpatia dos funcionários.

Cons:

Não conseguimos que o hotel tenha emitido a factura porque pagamos ao Booking, mas pedimos ao booking a factura e mandou-nos pedir no hotel. Ficamos prejudicados porque precisamos de uma factura em nome de um Clube Desportivo para a contabilidade e finanças.
