La habitación basic está en un módulo prefabricada enfrente del hotel. La habitación es pequeñísima en un bajo... Relación calidad precio no corresponde.

Lack of hot breakfast

The quality of the room was well below standards. It was filthy from the entrance to the bathroom, even the bedding was dirty. Damp, black mould, and dirt everywhere. We raised the issue with the receptionist immediately who came and checked the room. She totally agreed with us, and she also took some pictures in the bathroom. We told her that we would like to get an other room with better standards or some compensation as this room is definitely doesn't worth the price what I have paid for 1 night. Parking is not included, it is another extra £10 - I never experienced this anywhere before! The receptionist said the hotel is fully booked, so she can't change our room. The bedding was changed, but the lady who changed it for us, put the pillow on the dirty floor, and when we questioned this, she said the floor is clean. When we told her to look around properly and we have requested another clean pillow, she brought one, but she had to go back for changing a pillow cover again as the "clean" pillow cover she wanted to put on was also dirty.
After the hotel refused to resolve the case onsite and asking us to raise a complaint throung Booking.com, they quickly refused to cooperate with Booking.com as well.
This accommodation is NOT recommended because the reality is nowhere near to the pictures on their booking.com pages and they wouldn't take any responsibility for the sub-standard state and dirtiness of the room!

Both the outside and the inside of the property need tidying up and a good clean.

Car park small not really ample for today’s vehicles, hotel interior a bit dated and could do with a paint, too many steps so not suitable with mobility issues

Lounge area was disappointing and bar area closed so we were unable to relax and enjoy the place. Our bathroom had not been cleaned properly.

Having to pay a toll to literally get into the car park. The prepayment charge (effectively having to pay twice). Bathroom wasn't particularly clean. Beds not very comfortable, quite hard. Windows wouldn't open so room was really hot and sticky. Breakfast was very very basic. Choice of about 5 items of food. Staff quite dismissive and unknowledgable at the front desk. Having to pay to park was also a bit ridiculous, considering it was £114 for a less than 24hr stay. Very late reply as to whether we could park there before check-in, as check-in was only from 3pm, checkout being 11am. Feel that it was very poor value for money.

Very small room , difficult to move around, £10 charge for parking when there is no alternative is just like charging more for the room!

Extremely dirty with mould around the windows, wasn’t able to sleep due to the thin windows with gaps in and the waterfall outside it. It was like a house the walls were that thin you could hear anyone walking around there room or talking I could hear every conversation it was like someone being in the next bedroom to you at home. The door didn’t lock so it wouldn’t shut fully so was freezing with a constant breeze as the lock is what holds it in place, also a big safety concern as there was just a small roof outside our window so anyone could of came in. The rail outside the window wasn’t attached to the wall and had rusted so a massive safety concern if a child or anyone leant on it they may have fallen from the window.
