Adorei o quarto super espaçoso ! Incrível ter tantas piscinas exteriores e divididas entre adultos e crianças
Não gostei do facto da área da piscina interior com jacuzzi ser muito pequena e só poderemos estar 1 hora por dia …
Para isso façam uma piscina exterior aquecida todo o ano …
Gostei da localização, da variedade das piscinas e da disponibilidade dos funcionários
Os quartos não terem proximidade de porta (os quatro tivemos de reservar 2 quartos). A quantidade de insetos voadores nas zonas de restauração, não pode ser admissível.

Muito agradável a existência de vários conjuntos de piscinas exteriores (uma para utilização exclusiva de adultos e outra junto à Barragem).
Já conhecia a hotel e já tinha ficado hospedada.

size and quality of room was really good, nice view of the lake. toiletries were good too
pool was good , not crowded at all
staff were very good and helpful in spa, breakfast, reception
breakfast was a bit crowded and some of the warm dishes could have been warmer. the coffee machines always 1-2 had problems. juice quality could have been better
the pool area we could hear the music from another area of the hotel (maybe exercise class?) - it was a bit disruptive as trying to relax it wasn't great to hear dance music from a distance
we asked for a yoga mat when we checked and we were told to get it ourselves the next morning and had to go to two different places as there was some confusion where we should go, usually hotel would bring one for us. minor thing but was just surprising
