Please note that a pre-booking confirmation is required to access our Spa & Gym and our Tranquility Water Lounge which includes an indoor pool, a sauna, a steam room and relaxation area and is open from 07.00 am to 08.00 pm. Please note children under 16 years old can use the pool from 7 am to 10 am and from 2 pm to 5 pm. Booking in advance is highly recommended.

Lovely bright, big room with air con that was definitely needed, staff were wonderful in all interactions and took our suitcases to let us explore before our room was ready and on the day we left. Some great recommendations for food and a great discussion about their beloved Benfica.

location is great, not so central as to be loud, but close enough to walk to food, shops, and a park. the staff is fabulous - cheerful, helpful, made great recommendations for food, adjusted cleaning schedules so i could sleep in when needed, sent me cute little extras now and then. was a beautiful artistically inspiring home away from home.
nothing! This was as close to perfect as a stay can get. maybe a little more variety in the menu? But there's so many food options beyond the restaurant that that really wasn't a deal breaker at all.

The location is great and the rooms are stylish
Beyond expectations! This hotel is a gem in the heart of Lisbon. From check-in to check-out, the staff continued to provide such good service and some amazing surprises. The interior decor is simply stunning. The downstairs bar and the rooftop lounge were so inviting, I spent my entire evening enjoying the property. My upgraded room was excellent in every detail. Service done right meant the nicest bathroom brands and robes. Who would think to include two gin and tonics with aromatics and the cutest card with instructions for the perfect drink? The Vintage would! Then I was surprised with fresh pasteis de nata and Tawny Port! I felt pampered at every turn!! I had to leave at 4:00am and the staff continued to offer to help with luggage, a taxi, etc. I am literally overwhelmed by the Vintage. This will be my go-to in Lisbon!
I was impressed with the level of service. Everyone was so extremely attentive. The hotel had many many details that make you feel welcome. But the highlight was the breakfast. So many options, so fresh, so delicious. I would come back for sure! Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious, location is great… can’t think of anything negative to say about this hotel.
Great location, comfy room, atmospheric rooftop bar, tasty and fresh breakfast with plenty to choose from, but most importantly staff ready to go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable (shout out to João, Paolo and rest of the team). Could not recommend enough!

We had a wonderful stay at The Vintage Hotel in Lisbon and couldn't recommend it more. What really made our experience so special was the incredible staff. Every member of the team was welcoming and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble, and their attention to detail made us feel truly looked after.
As we were celebrating my birthday, they surprised me with a thoughtful birthday treat, which was such a lovely and unexpected touch. It made the occasion even more memorable and showed how much they care about their guests.
The combination of outstanding service, a beautiful hotel, and those little personal touches made for a fantastic stay. We had amazing spa treatments, and a few meals in the restaurant which were lovely. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.
