Could not be happier with our room and experience while staying at The Vintage. The staff was more than accommodating and the room was cozy and beautifully open to the outside if you wanted. The location is a short walk to the city center and great eateries and sites. Highly recommend!!
Ideal stay at The Vintage Lisbon! Me and my partner were here for 2 nights and had such a great experience. The front desk team reached out a few days before our stay to ask if we had preferences or special room requests and offered to organise our transfer.
We were greeted by Catarina, who guessed what we were after for a whistle stop tour of Lisbon and pointed us in the right directions for well suited sights, stops and restaurants. Pitch perfect. The room was very clean, new and looked great.
Great sauna, great spa pool. You have to book 30 min slots for the Sauna and Spa, but this is just to stop overcrowding during busier periods. We had the spa to ourselves the times we were there.
The rooftop bar was lovely too, just a small space but serving great cocktails and the snacks and starters from the restaurant, great service. Checkout was a chilled 12pm. The whole staff team couldn't be friendlier or more relaxed!
my tip is to talk the guys at the front desk, They obvioulsy know where to see in Lisbon and can help you really curate your time in the city.
The rooftop bar was super nice, so were the little gifts & suprises in the room! The spa was quite small but it had a nice atmosphere, and I really enjoyed the 30 minute time slot there all by myself at 8 o’clock in the morning :)
The rooms were super clean but had a rather strong scent (cleaning products & air freshener). Due to migraine, we contacted the staff. Unfortunately there were no scent-free / allergy rooms in the hotel. The staff was understanding and took our concern seriously. Luckily it was possible to open the windows, and we also removed bed throws, which had a strong smell too. Airing the rooms and the house cleaning team not using any cleaning products or air fresheners the following days helped.
The Vintage Hotel is an exceptional place to stay. From the moment of arrival, it is clear that every detail is intentional. The atmosphere is elevated yet inviting, making guests feel instantly comfortable.
That thoughtfulness extends to the room amenities. Having access to a curated pillow menu, including a lavender memory foam option, alongside a premium selection of in-room coffee and tea, adds a genuinely comforting touch to the stay.
The customer service is equally outstanding. Staff members like Paulo at the front desk and Carolina at the spa are warm, genuine, and highly attentive. The overall service is seamless. For instance, requesting room service before heading out resulted in a perfectly turned-over room by the time of return, executed flawlessly by the team.
The property features excellent spaces to unwind. The pool and spa offer a quiet, relaxing sanctuary, while the rooftop bar provides a beautiful outdoor setting that feels exclusive without being loud or overcrowded. Additionally, the location is ideal. It is tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood that remains entirely walkable to great local spots, offering gorgeous morning views from the balcony completely free of city noise.
The Vintage Hotel creates a true sense of comfort rather than just providing a place to sleep. It was the perfect start to a Portugal trip, and a return visit is certainly in order.
My favorite hilton and overall hotel experience ever. Staff was amazing from check in to check out. Very clean. They even parked my car for me. TukTuk picked us up for our tour.
Beautiful room, amazing city view, perfect silence at night and an excelent breakfast, the spa? Amazing! But what made everything special was the warmth and humanity we felt from the very first moment ,a special thank you to Catarina from reception, who made our stay truly memorable. Her kindness and genuine care are something rare to find nowadays.
We will be back, Vintage!
This was our first time in Lisbon and the Vintage was the perfect place to stay. Great location, nice safe area that allows you to walk to all the highlights of Lisbon. The staff couldn’t be friendlier or more attentive and helpful. From the best massages we’ve ever had, to finding us a driver for day trip to Sintra, the staff are incredible. The breakfast is AMAZING! Every detail in the hotel ties in to a warm, inviting, pampered feeling.
We would stay here again if we come back to Lisbon! Thanks to Aly Smalls travel blog for this recommendation!
We stayed 5 nights in the Vintage hotel.
The hotel and the rooms are very nice and very stylish.
The personnel is really great and very helpfull.
The breakfast was fantastic.
The distance to the city centre (bairro alto, alfama, etc) s not very far but because of the hills walking can be tiring (approx 20-25 min) so we preferred taking an Uber for approx € 4.
Metrostation is also not far from the hotel.
Overall we would really recommend this hotel!
This is a great hotel in Lisbon. It took me soooo long to find a hotel I liked the look of, it didnt disappoint. All the things I liked:
Staff really helpful and friendly
Free airport transfer and breakfast for booking direct.
Very clean, tidy.
Blue Bistro had amazing food (lunch deal is amazing with water, bread, main, dessert, and coffee for just €19).
Breakfast was great, a full range of buffett and cooked optionsm.
Every night they knocked on door with surprise! (Biscuits, postcard, lavendar scent thingy to help you sleep..)
Beds were very comfortable
Location great. Dont be afraid of using metro, it is very easy to use and get around Lisbon. Avenida stop only a few minutes away.
Just a really nice place to stay in Lisbon.
Wonderful staff and comfortable room - great breakfast- and roof top lounge with great vibe and views. A gem in this city.
This is a beautiful boutique hotel located in a wonderful area of Lisbon. I have to say there is absolutely nothing wanting at this hotel except maybe better light in the bathroom. But extremely comfortable beds a staff that just can’t do enough for you and goes out of their way to make your stay as unforgettable as possible. An excellent restaurant in the hotel and every amenity is clearly thought out. I would say extremely highly recommended and I would never consider staying anywhere else when I return to this beautiful city.
The hotel was great, very relaxed. Our room was perfect, very comfortable and big. We loved the roof top bar and cocktails. Lots of options at breakfast. The staff were super helpful and really friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
Het ontbijt was werkelijk fantastisch goed.
We stayed at the Vintage Lisbon for a couple of days during our trip to Lisbon. Its a beautiful small hotel with some beautiful decor, impeccable service and great facilities. Its around a 15-20 min walk to the centre where most of the action happens ..Its a downhill walk from the hotel but the walk back can be a bit of a struggle if you have been walking all day as you will be walking a lot in Lisbon as its known as the city of 7 hills :). The room we stayed in was pretty good and spacious with all the facilities needed ..They also have the mini-bar, complimentary drinks etc and sweets and custard tarts keep coming regularly :) Service is excellent throughout (Special call out to Catarina who was always available and checking on us regularly during our stay) and one of the best I have seen (And I have stayed at a lot of Hiltons). We didnt use the spa / sauna services etc but have heard good things about it.
Overall would happily recommend the hotel when in Lisbon.
Definitely recommend. Five star hospitality, great amenities and dining experience. Quiet location close to all the “ must see” sites.
Perfect hotel in Lisboa. Location, room, service, everything wonderful and beyond expectation. Will revisit again.
