Reachable to nearest attractions
Everything was superb
Very comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Best We've ever had. So much variety. It met everyone's dietary needs.
The room we received was not the one I booked on line. It slept the same number of people, but the room we had reserved was not ready when we arrived. We arrived at 4:05pm. Check in was 4pm. At that time the desk attendant said that housekeeping had not finished cleaning our room, but offered us a different room. Basically a bait and switch. Next they charged us to stay in their parking garage, I thought it was free parking with our stay, which may be my misunderstanding from what was listed on Booking.com. Staff was very matter of fact about the room change and the cost for parking. They didn't seem interested in helping. Just said "you booked with a third party."

Size of the room, modern finishes, comfortable beds, secure hotel. The breakfast spread was generous and replenished often.

The young man at the front desk (Joshua or Justin?) was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was OK. Very overcrowded in Breakfast area with very long line. Food pretty good, average hotel Breakfast. Appreciated the convenience of shuttle from hotel to Pier66. Nice hotel overall.
