Excellent experience, with staff quality being the highlight.
Pros:

Staff accommodated us after we returned in the morning from a cruise by offering breakfast. I have never been offered breakfast before check-in, and I have travelled extensively overseas. Above and beyond!

Cons:

Minor glitch: the "down" button on our floor did not work. (6th floor).

Pros:

Breakfast choices were excellent and the food was hot.

Cons:

Flat pillows and there is not enough seating in the breakfast area. Lots of wasted space that could have been used to add additional seating.

Clean and Centrally Located
Pros:

Literally one of the nicest Hyatts I’ve stayed at. Room is clean and has lots of space for my partner to work while we are here. Free breakfast is one of the best we’ve had at a Hyatt. It’s got a washer/dryer on the 9th floor, which is fantastic because apparently Downtown Seattle doesn’t have DIY laundromats. Walking distance to space needle and pike place. Parking is $45/night, but I feel like our vehicle is completely safe here, so it’s worth it for the peace of mind. Would definitely stay here again.

Charming, comfortable, welcoming with a helpful staff.
Pros:

The front desk person was so accommodating. The breakfast was over the top. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Pros:

Friendliness of staff, the breakfast, and the room. Also the location were all great.

Cons:

I did not like that you have to pay to park at the hotel. If you are staying there already, I don't know why you need to pay to park.

Wouldn't stay again
Pros:

Not a very nice experience at this Hyatt. Much older and dirtier than expected. Staff didn't seem to be happy to be there or very helpful. Fire alarm went off early in the morning with no explanation of why, just stood outside for a while and was let back into chaos!

Great Location and Families
Pros:

Great location and friendly customer service. The rooms are very spacious. The managment team was willing to accommodate our Girl Scouts Troop with rooms on the same floor and meeting area.

Es war ein insgesamt stimmiges Angebot!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig, das Frühstück super, Klimaanlage einfach zu bedienen. Die Mitarbeiter stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber und in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Genügend USB Anschlüsse (A und C).

Cons:

Ein Zimmersafe hat gefehlt, der Abfall wurde auch nach zwei Tagen nicht geleert (Zimmerreinigung erst am dritten Tag, wir blieben aber nur zwei Nächte) und der Feueralarm am ersten Morgen um 05:45 Uhr (kann das Hotel nicht wirklich etwas dafür). Leider hat es keine Informationen dazu gegeben, man musste sich selber durchfragen (Fehlalarm, aber niemand wusste wieso). Der Aufenthalt war doch eher teuer.
