Personnels agréables, hôtel bien situé tram gratuit fréquent pour le centre ville. Chambre propre et literie confortable.
Petit déjeune basic
Místo - Dobry pristup a navic u zastávky. Meli jsme stesti i na parkovani primo u hotelu. Mily personal. Cisty pokoj (ne styl - klasicky hotel = spat, umyt, jedeme).
Pokoj neni muj styl. Ale to neni minus pro ubytovani.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig und doch gut zu erreichen. Es sind genug Parkplätze da... Das Zimmer ist sauber und gut ausgestattet Mikrowelle, Föhn etc. Der Service z.B. beim Frühstück macht einen fleißigen und freundlichen Eindruck.
Alle Ladestationen in der Tiefgarage waren ohne funktion.
Room was clean and quite well equipped. Location is amazing, couple of minutes walk from tram stop.
The door to the bathroom wasn't closing fully, and lights there were too bright, so if someone was in the bathroom, it wasn't dark in the room. I wish I could switch off lights on the mirror.
Hotel has a good location right on the tram stop which makes it easy to get to the city center. We were greeted by really welcoming staff who always tried to help and even had a little gift for our little children.
Well, our family room had a malfunction of sofa/bed. The side was falling off. We arrived on Saturday and no one was available to fix it on that day. We hoped it would get fixed the next day (only thing needed was good pliers and a little bit of strength), however, nothing was done till we left on Monday. Our child slept there so we were not happy that her bedside was falling of with a single push.
Besides that we thought a breakfast for 27 EUR/adult was a rip-off. In the nearby bistro we got a breakfast for 2adt 2child bellow 5yo for less than 40 EUR. Overall I think that price vs quality is not in balance. If the room would not have malfunctions and breakfast was cheaper it would be for 10/10. With this we're on 6-7/10.
