Cons:

Durante la notte mi è stato rubato il giubbino in pelle dalla borsa della moto. La moto era parcheggiata davanti all'hotel. Pagato ero 10 per un giorno di parcheggio.

Pros:

Liegt super, man erreicht die Innenstadt auch zu Fuß (ca. 30min) Hotel sehr sauber, wir waren zufrieden. Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Achtung es gibt zwei Novotel nebeneinander. (Novotel Kirchberg ist genau gegenüber).

Fijn hotel, goede locatie
Pros:

Ruime kamer, watertappunt op de gang, parkeermogelijkheid.
De locatie is erg goed, binnen 15 minuten ben je met de gratis tram (die erg vaak rijdt) in het centrum.

Cons:

Bij het ontbijt kun je je eigen eitje koken, alleen zelfs na 20 minuten was het ei nog heel zachtgekookt.

Pros:

Nice hotel at a good location. Parking was easy and check-in was friendly and efficient, and there was even a gift for my son, so nice!
The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable.
Breakfast was good, plenty of choice.

Cons:

Not much, only thing I can think is that the wifi worked well enough, but was not properly secured with encryption which is really a worry nowadays with so many examples of hotel guests being hacked in order to obtain their data.

Ruime badkamer en comfortabel bed. Nette kamer

Cons:

Incheck ging stroef. Werd weinig verteld. Parkeerkosten 21 euro wat niet vermeld stond bij Booking. Geen vuilniszakken op de kamer (gemeld, deden ze niet aan?). Veel zakenlui.

Nice hotel, great location, a little more attention to details needed.
Pros:

Friendly and accommodating staff.
Vending shop on site.
Good breakfast.

Great location on the tram route.

Cons:

No toilet in the bathroom(it was separate)
Aircon couldn't really be controlled and wasn't really that cool.
Only 2 chairs in a room booked for 4.
Not enough seating for breakfast, we had to wait both mornings for breakfast.
