Wir hatten einen tollen Sommerurlaub!
Pros:

Super tolle Lage - direkt am See und nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto von Salò entfernt.

Wir waren in einem Nebengebäude untergebracht, das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und die Betten sehr bequem. Die Dusche war toll (und die Verstopfung des Abflusses wurde direkt am nächsten Tag behoben). Der Balkon war super. Wir mussten nicht weit laufen bis zum Pool und bis in den Frühstücksraum.

Der Parkplatz war direkt neben dem Hotel und sehr groß, man hat immer Platz gefunden.

Fußläufig erreichbar sind mehrere tolle Restaurants (zwei davon in unmittelbarer Nähe - 2 Minuten Fußweg). Abendessen im Hotel eher teuer und laut Aussage eines anderen Gasts auch nicht lohnenswert.

Besonders toll fanden wir auch die Terrasse mit fantastischem Blick auf den Gardasee, wo man Getränke, Snacks und ein kleines Mittagessen genießen konnte. Frühstücken konnte man auch mit traumhaftem Blick durch die großen Panoramafenster im Frühstücksraum.

Ein Pool war „adults only“ und ein Pool erlaubte Kinder. Bei letzterem fand man auch immer freie Sonnenliegen.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, morgens war auch ständig jemand am mähen, sauber machen, Boden putzen usw. Das fand immer zur Frühstückszeit statt.

Cons:

Die Türsummer waren sehr laut - man wurde immer aufgeschreckt, wenn die Zimmernachbarn ins Zimmer gingen.

In unserem Zimmer wollten die Lichtschalter nicht so, wie wir es wollten. Das war etwas nervig.

Beim Frühstück gab es keine Abwechslung - eigentlich jeden Tag das gleiche. Dafür aber eine gute Auswahl. Ich kann die Kritik verstehen, dass das Frühstück „Massenabfertigung“ sei - es ist halt einfach ein großes Hotel mit einem großen Frühstücksraum. Am meisten war immer zwischen 9:15 und 10 Uhr los.

Extrakosten beim Innenpool, Spa-Bereich, Dachterrasse mit Pool. Und natürlich Abendessen, Getränke und Snacks.

Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass die Pools länger als 19 Uhr geöffnet haben.

Handtücher wurden täglich ausgewechselt - auch, wenn wir sie nicht auf den Boden geworfen sondern ordentlich aufgehängt haben. Da könnte man über Nachhaltigkeit im Sinne von Mehrfachbenutzung nachdenken.

Unless you will upgrade, i would avoid.

My upgraded room was lovely with lakeside view.

Cons:

The hotel does not provide an iron or kettle in the room. An iron is an extremely basic requirement and this is the first hotel I have known not to provide it. Instead its a press service which they charge for. I stayed in an older part of the hotel and the AC wasnt working. They eventually changed my room halfway during my stay.
Taxis are astronomical. Its tricky to get around unless you will hire a car.

Onwijs mooi en relaxed
Pros:

Wij kregen een gratis upgrade naar lake view en dat was echt zo onwijs mooi !
Verder zijn er genoeg bedjes om lekker te liggen buiten en 2 zwembaden, eentje 18+ en de ander met kinderen, perfect dus

Cons:

Wij waren niet heel enthousiast over het menu voor het avondeten, maar buiten de deur is ook van alles mogelijk gelukkig

Incredible service! Exceptional views and breakfast! Great Stay!
Pros:

Excellent location! Super friendly staff! Especially Gabino at the panorama bar and Anastasia, Cristian and follow at the restaurant buffet and Alex at the front desk. Service amazing! View and beach also exceptional! Breakfast is exceptional as well - super delicious! Staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are well attended.

Cons:

That there are NO ramps for the strollers from the tunnel to the lobby and main area and NO ramps on the steps to the buffet. Always had to carry stroller. This small
Investment would make a huge change for families with children! Also, air conditioning took three days and three visits to fix before it finally worked properly but then it was fine. A la carte restaurant should also start at 7 like buffet especially for families with kids that half hour earlier is crucial. Dinner quality is not as good as breakfast quality.

un très joli spot pour une halte au lac de garde

l'emplacement est parfait sur le lac avec accès facile au lac. vue magnifique et paisible.
tres belles installations extérieures.

Cons:

la restauration était très touristique pour le déjeuner et diner . très internationale et pas assez locale.

Lage war Top, Personal sehr freundlich. Und das Frühstück war echt super. Alles was das Herz begehrt.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer mit Terrasse (Aufpreis) war genau unter dem Essbereich. Das heißt ab 7.30 Uhr in der früh und spät Abends wurden wir vom Geräusch des Stühlerücken geweckt und wach gehalten..sowas sollte bei diesem Preis nicht vorkommen...

Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Staff are very pleasant. Special shout out to Sebastian. Our room was a superior delux fitness room which was described as side lake view but to be honest it was an amazing view of the lake. We used our balcony every day.
Breakfast is a feast for kings. Gorgeous delicious food and plentiful. Cooked and cold available. Speciality tea/coffee is free at this time. Dinner….. mmmmm not for me. Too much fish in the buffet and from the ordered menu and repetitive.
Bar area at night sometimes has a singer or pianist, very gentle entertainment. Pools are both great. One overlooked the lake , the kids is at the back. Both equally great. Plenty of sunbeds either by the pool or in the equisitly manicured gardens.
There is a very expensive spa , €70 for a manicure with polish is too much and you also have to pay for the use of the spa pool area.
Your 7 minute walk to the Porto Portese where you can get a ferry.
No real bus service to talk about but there is a fun novelty train that goes to the surrounding villages. You can hire paddle board, kayaks, scooters, cars and mopeds from a company next to the ferry port. Also if you fancy eating out there are 3 restaurants by the port all very good especially the pizza restaurant.
A great stay in a quiet hotel.
