Gut erholt in einem respektablen Hotel mit Potential
Pros:

Die Lage und Zimmer (Superior) waren sehr gut.
Wunsch die Klimaanlage auf andere Temperatur einzustellen wurde sofort erledigt.

Cons:

Restaurant. Bei schlechtem Wetter (Sturm) kostete das Buffet auf einmal 50 Euro anstatt 40!!! Weil keiner in die umliegenden Restaurants konnte!? Ein Schelm der das was Böses denkt…
Potential: wenn der Gast die Handtücher aufhängt, weil er sie nochmal benutzen will, sollten sie auch nicht täglich gewechselt werden! …. Reinigung des Zimmers sollte in der Preiskategorie jeden Tag gleich sein.

Wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub
Pros:

Super schöner Urlaub am Gardasee. Tolles Hotel mit immer freundlichen sehr hilfsbereiten Personal. Wunderschöne Anlage direkt am Gardasee.
Danke für alles, wir kommen wieder....

Cons:

Einziges Manko, am Wochenende waren die Pools außergewöhnlich voll und man hatte das Gefühl das auch nicht zum Hotel gehörige Menschen sich diesen zu Nutze gemacht haben.
Wie gesagt , nur so ein Gefühl....muss nicht stimmen.

An enjoyable family holiday.
Pros:

Nice outlook across the lake and a short drive to local towns. The rooms were adequate and clean. And air con was a welcome break from the intense heat.

Cons:

Our shower was quite small.
The buffet breakfast was a very busy and at times uncomfortable affair each day and the attention of the staff was a little variable. It may be worth trying to allocate times to balance the load a little?
