War in Ordnung, Zimmer waren nicht so wie beim letzten mal.

Cons:

bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt vor 2 Jahren hatten wir wesentlich schönere Zimmer (gleiche Kategorie). Trotz Anfrage ob wir dieselben Zimmer buchen können ist das nicht gelungen. Weiters war kurze Zeit das Wasser im Zimmer aus, es kam nur Luft und dann ca. 10 Minuten braunes Wasser.

Nice enough hotel, unfair pricing practices
Cons:

We were really disappointed with our experience. We saw a twin room on Booking dot com for €274’—as soon as we arrived, the hotel adjusted the price on booking.com to match there higher rate and we were charged 50 euros more. It felt very unfair and left a bad impression. So, unfortunately we wouldn’t recommend booking this hotel.

Schön, aber würden nicht mehr hinfahren.
Pros:

Die Lage war top. Von hier aus kann man viel unternehmen. Anlage ist schön und die Pools sind auch ok. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Allgemein hat sich das Personal bemüht, könnte aber ein wenig freundlicher sein. Die Barpreise sind ziemlich hoch. Die Matratzen sind hart wie Stein. Guten Schlaf hatten wir nicht. Für Rollstuhlfahrer eher nicht geeignet weil es nicht überall Rampen hat. Mit dem Kinderwagen hatten wir schon Mühe zum Frühstück zu gelangen.

ein sehr schönes Hotel - leider nur fast perfekt.....

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt- direkt am Strand. Unser Wunsch nach einem Gartenzimmer wurde erfüllt, so dass ich mein SUP-Board immer aufgeblasen mit ins Zimmer nehmen konnte.

Cons:

Leider hat es das Hotel nicht geschafft, die direkte Tür vom Garten zum Strand zu öffnen. Diese war mit einem Schloss versehen zu dem wohl niemand einen Schlüssel hatte. So musste ich mein Board über den Zaun stellen und über die Terrasse oder um das Hotel herum zum Strand zu gehen und mein Board am Zaun abholen. Leider waren die Liegestühle am Strand auch kostenpflichtig mit 20,00 Euro pro Tag! Am Pool waren sie kostenfrei, jedoch waren es viel zu wenige und morgens gegen 7.00 Uhr wurde bereits belegt, obwohl die Gäste oft erst mittags an den Pool gekommen sind. Das war sehr ärgerlich. Außerdem sind Hunde im Hotel erlaubt. Das hat zur Folge, dass diese auf der Liegewiese ausgeführt werden. Das hat uns ebenfalls sehr gestört. Es ist eine wunderschöne Wiese, aber leider wurde sie im Laufe unserer Woche zum Hundeklo.
