Outstanding service and spotless rooms
Pros:

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was extremely nice, very helpful, and professional. The rooms were very cozy, spotless, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the beach is just a short walk away.

Centrally located stay
Pros:

Helpful staff always available to deal with some issues that arose. Very close to train by foot - 5 mins. A little further to beach and Old Nice -15-20 minutes or so. Close to main street Jean Medecin with shops and public transportation. Right next to Notre Dame. We selected a slightly larger room based on comments. Good size for 2 people. A/C worked well.

Cons:

Be aware that courtyard is not a green space to look at and enjoy. Heard water running and gushing for 1 1/2 hours off and on first night. It happened a bit other nights but not as long. Definitely affected sleep. Not sure what it was. Hair dryer didn’t work - that was remedied. Leak under sink in bathroom - that was remedied. Extremely tiny elevators.

Good location, outstanding staff.
Pros:

The check-in was outstanding. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely nice. He explained everything that we needed to know and made several outstanding suggestions about things to do around town. Unfortunately, I have forgotten his name but I hope his supervisor sees this review and recognizes him for his work.

Cons:

The room was on the small side but suited our needs perfectly.

Parfait pour séjour court. En centre ville. Tout accessible à pied. Parking à proximité.
Pros:

L’emplacement, les couleurs de la décoration, la gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner. Jolie vue sur cathédrale de la chambre. Rue piétonne en dessous. Parking à proximité. Plein de possibilités de restaurants à proximité dont un tres bon libanais juste à côté !

Cons:

Chambre et salle de bain un peu petites. Pas d’espace pour passer devant le lit et accéder à l’espace « dressing » : une étagère avec une tringle. Sommaire !
Pas de détails dans la salle de bain ;
Pas de kleenex, pas de place pour poser ses affaires : sommaire. Rue piétonne un peu bruyante en soirée 22h/24h. mais cela n’a pas duré : la nuit à été calme .. après plein centre ville ça fait aussi partie de l’animation…

Charmantes, kleines Hotel. Zweckmäßig, Preis-Leistung aber auf jeden Fall gut. 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis der touristisch interessante Teil beginnt. Parkgarage nur bis 1,90 m Höhe nutzbar. Frühstück im Café nebenan voll in Ordnung (a la carte mit Spiegelei, Croissant, Baguette, Orangensaft und einem Heißgetränk).

Cons:

Etwas hellhörig.

Pros:

Hotel moderno, comodo e pulito situato nel centro della città. La camera con il terrazzino sulla basilica è spettacolare. Abbiamo apprezzato lo sconto per il vicino parcheggio. Il ragazzo del check-in è stato gentilissimo e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie. Il distributore di acqua alla reception ci è servito molto, così come ci sono piaciuti gli omaggi di benvenuto trovati in camera.

Cons:

Per quattro adulti, camera e bagno sono un po' piccoli, ma è normale nei centri storici

A lifesaver when we needed it most
Pros:

The hotel was a real lifesaver for us. We had to find accommodation unexpectedly late at night, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and pleasantly decorated, and the location is excellent — very central and convenient for exploring Nice. After a very stressful evening, it was exactly what we needed.

Cons:

Nothing significant. Everything met our expectations, especially considering that we booked at the very last minute. We were grateful to find such a clean, comfortable and welcoming place.

Location it’s the best if you are planing day trips it’s 5 minutes walk to the train station which safes so much time
