Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing.
Trying to get drinks or book for dinner was a very poor experience. Staff all 'having a break' and ignored us. So went to a lovely Italian down the road.

A very cosy room with a peak of the Matterhorn from the small balcony. Tea & coffee supplied and also a small free mini bar with beers, soft drink & water. A very comfy bed and great shower. Individual room air-conditioning. Fabulous breakfast. An easy walk uphill from train station

３度目の利用で、内装などが大幅にリニューアルされ、木材（カラマツ）がふんだんに利用されており、木の香りが心地よい。７年前の利用時に既に水の洗浄装置付きトイレになっているのは、日本人にはありがたい。朝食、夕食ともに満足できる内容だった。マッターホルン の見える眺望も楽しみです。また、たまたま最上階の部屋だったので天窓があり、星空を見ながら眠りについた。いつも利用している部屋ではなかったが、新しい楽しみを体験できた。

We loved the Julen Hotel in Zermatt- our favorite place of the whole Swiss vacation. Our family suite was amazing- plenty of room for a family of four. The A/C was a treat, minibar fridge, and lovely furnishings. Having two bathrooms was also very nice. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind to us and the breakfast was amazing. I did have a massage which was very relaxing and the spa/pool was also very clean and a fun treat to use. We enjoyed ourselves very much- Thank you and we'd highly recommend to anyone. :)
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff, the service, the facilities, and the location were amazing. The onsite breakfast, the restaurant, pool, sauna were all 5 star!!!!
The breakfast buffet and dinner menu were outstanding. But, the staff was over the top! We felt like we were leaving family after our 3 night stay. Our breakfast servers were so helpful with our 1 year old grandson.
The view of the Matterhorn from our room was amazing, and the spa was great.
Location, room view and facilities are very good. We can see Matterhorn in our room. The breakfast is delicious with many choices. The restaurant staff is nice and great, she can remember what we have ordered in day 1 and ask whether we would repeat them in day 2.

Alles sehr gut.
Outstanding attention to detail - perfect design and decor for location. Extremely clean. Breakfast was excellent each of the four days we were there. Owner was very gracious, kind and outgoing as was the housekeeping staff. Spa was very well designed and great attention to detail was seen here as well.
It was beautiful, comfortable, welcoming and delicious breakfast.
