Perfect Swiss stay! Loved everything about Hotel Daniela!

Absolutely loved this hotel. It was exactly what I was hoping for in Zermatt. The front desk lady was wonderful and helpful. Beautiful breakfast area. Room was just perfect, and loved the loner backpack.

Really loved this hotel
Pros:

We had a thoroughly good time in Zermatt enhanced by our stay at Daniela. For starters, they picked us up at the train station and took us to the hotel. We had a fabulous room consisting of a downstairs living room and bath and an upstairs bed and bath. Both levels had a balcony featuring a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The location of the hotel is about 3 blocks from the Main Street so it’s easily accessible. The breakfast is top notch including a juice machine where you can squeeze oranges to get fresh juice. Everyone was super cordial and helpful.

Exceptional
Pros:

We stayed 2 nights at Daniela’s. Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome at reception. Friendly and helpful staff all round. The hotel is in a good location, about 10 minutes walk to the centre and train station. They offer a complementary shuttle service from the station to their hotel. The room was spacious, offering the amenities of a 5 star hotel plus more. The attention to detail of the room and hotel was surprising, way better than most 4/5 star hotels we’ve stayed in around the world. All guests can enjoy complementary snacks in waiting area. And the drinks are also complementary in the mini bar which get replenished daily. A nice Nespresso coffee machine in the room with takeaway coffee cups too. So many little extras compared to most of the big name hotel chains. Well thought out sisters! I would highly recommend this hotel. Btw, breakfast was also good.

Nos sentimos muy consentidas

Todo. Desde el check in, fue en español y super atenta y amable. Pudimos dejar las maletas antes del check in, lo cual nos permitió conocer Zermatt con mayor tranquilidad. La habitación espectacular, llena de detalles y muy cálida. La cama cómoda, la presión del agua bien, el balcón muy lindo. El desayuno espectacular y abundante y el servicio una joya. También cuentan con un servicio para recoger y dejar a la estación del tren. Nosotros sólo usamos el servicio para la salida y 10/10. Todo excelente, muchas felicidades y muchas gracias.

Sehr schöner Aufenhalt in Zermatt

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Réception Mitarbeiterinnen. Das Hotelzimmer war schön eingerichtet und das Badezimmer war auch in einem guten Zustand. Das Frühstück war fein. Man konnte sogar selber frischen Orangen- und Grapefruit Saft pressen. Es hatte 3 verschiedene Käse, eine grosse Auswahl hätten wir begrüsst. Beim Check-out konnten wir das Gepäck noch deponieren, währenddem wir die wunderschöne 5-Seen Wanderung gemacht haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Leider haben wir das Matterhorn nicht vom Zimmer aus gesehen, da das nächste Haus die ganze Sicht vorne raus verdeckt hat. Zudem gab es Lärm von der Baustelle nebenan, dies liegt aber ausserhalb des Handlungsbereichs des Hotels.

einfach nur ein Traum
Pros:

die Unterkunft ist einfach der Hammer. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Der Speisesaal, die Möbel, das Personal – einfach alles fantastisch. Das Frühstück war der absolute Hammer. So etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Wir kommen wieder.
