A very good hotel for the money in Zermatt.
Pros:

Room is clean and well equipped. Breakfast is great, lots of choices and staff help to make coffee the way you like it.

Cons:

A little far from the train station on a rainy day; didn't realise you could pre-arrange a shuttle for a transfer.

Ein tolles Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir wurden trotz Verspätung ausnahmsweise nach 20 Uhr am Bahnhof abgeholt, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Das Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig.

Cons:

Das Bett war ziemlich hart, man hat uns aber auf Nachfragen einen Topper gebracht.

Sensationelles Frühstück.. alles war vorhanden. Grosse Auswahl. Schöner SPA-Bereich, klein aber sehr hübsch gestaltet. Ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt.

ארוחת בוקר נהדרת היה קפה ושוקולד בחדר. מקלחת טובה. פינת ישיבה נחמדה במרפסת.

Cons:

השירות בקבלה היה מכני הרגשנו שאנחנו מדברים עם רובוט.
נאלצנו למלא טפסים שלא התבקשו בשום מקום אחר.
יש הרבה בנייה בתקופה הזאתי בצומת וזה מאוד מפריע

Einfach toll.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet. Wir haben uns jeden Morgen einen frischgepressten Orangensaft gemacht. Die Früchteauswahl war wirklich toll.
