Friendly and Welcoming
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Really nice rooms and great staff in this perfect town. Breakfast good, even has a fresh orange juice squeezer but do not get down later - it does not seem to be replenished. I would certainly stay here again if I were to visit Zermatt.

Eine phantastische Woche inmitten einer wunderbaren Natur
Pros:

Lage des Hotel´s mitten in Zermatt, mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf das Matterhorn. Das Personal war ohne Ausnahme wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Auswahl des Frühstücks war umfangreich und ebenfalls ausreichend. Die Qualität der Speisen und Getränke war sehr gut.

Es hat uns alles gefallen, keinerlei Gründe für "Mecker"
