Lovely hotel in a great location
Pros:

It was a lovely hotel in a brilliant location. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was very nice and the room was comfortable. Even though it's centrally located it isn't noisy. The hotel is very good value for money too.

Great stay next to the lake!
Pros:

Location was great and staff were really friendly and always accommodating. Traveling with a baby is challenging, but the hotel and staff were really good with accommodating us and making our stay comfortable.

Great location and staff
Pros:

Great location, 5 mins walk from the boat station. Less than 5 mins from the waterfront of lake Garda. Staff were super lovely and friendly!

Cons:

The walls were a little thin so you can hear other people when they walk and talk but not too badly. The shower floor was slippery so just be careful when stepping in and out

Non alla altezza di un 4 stelle

La posizione centrale, il letto comodo

Cons:

Nel trasportare le valige il personale ha rotto una bottiglia di vino ed una di olio di 40 euro (che oltretutto non siamo più riuscite ritrovare). A parte le scuse del recepcionista il personale dell’hotel non ha fatto nulla per riparare al danno, ne al momento del check-in ne durante il soggiorno ne al check-out. Anzi nel check-out quando abbiamo cercato di far capire il danno provocato, ci estado detto “non preoccupatevi, sono cose che succedono” quasi come se l’inconveniente fosse stato provocato da noi. In un hotel 4 stelle questo non dovrebbe succedere mai e bisognerebbe avere più riguardo per i clienti. Io lavoro in un 4 stelle small luxury hotel dove questo sarebbe inaccettabile. L’incidente ha rovinato l’esperienza e il soggiorno. Anche solo un atto di gentilezza e più empatia del personale avrebbero aiutato. Al di la di questo inconveniente vi sono state molte altre mancanze. Ad esempio durante il check-in non ci sono state date indicazioni sulla colazione, servizi, e la presenza di un solarium. Inoltre mancavano il kit dentale, vanity kit e i cuscini di riserva che siamo dovuti andare noi a prendere alla reception. Inoltre la porta del bagno non si chiudeva e usciva copiosa acqua dalla doccia. In conclusione il servizio, mancava di attenzione al cliente e non e stato all’altezza di un 4 stelle
